I have been to Brazilian Wax by Andreia a few times and it's a great place to get your waxing done…read more I tried another place in Dacula before this and I did not like that place. So I come to Buford and it might be a bit further for me but it's worth it. They have great waxing promo where you can multiple parts of your body waxed for a better price. I usually go to Sophie and she is excellent and very knowledgeable about skin and suggestions on dry skin etc. Last time she had a emergency and had to cancel and I appreciated it so much she messaged me and told me sorry etc. I was like, no apology needed, life happens sometimes. But I would definitely pick her to do my waxing she is great. It was great to know that Sophie values her repeat customers. Also, I have tried Olga since I was already there last time, and Olga was very nice as well. The ambience and vibe is very relaxing abc nicely set up. You wait in the lounge area and then they take you to a private room and you get waxed. Wear comfy clothes that are easy to take off for getting waxing done. Located in a busy little shop area in heart of Buford. It's a place I recommend to all my friends who live near by.

I been to a few others at this location but hands down Sophie is the BEST!!! Let me tell you!!!! When I say she deserves a 10 she really does!! Sophie goes on above and beyond doing her job. I give it to her bc I sure ass hell couldn't do what she does. Lol. Sophie was so sweet, she was up front and told me what I needed to do, gave me recommendation, explained how and when I should exfoliate.. She did an awesome job waxing me! She left my behind smooth like a babies butt!! I had a few ingrown hair and she was so patience with me and pulled it out with a tweezer! I have never met someone that's loves their job as much as her!!! With that being said... if you haven't already, go give Sophie a visit!! You will not be disappointed!!

In the past I was getting waxed, but I switched to laser 4 months ago. It has been the BEST decision. First, it doesn't hurt at all compared to waxing. The results are beautiful!!! You skin doesn't have pumps and if feels smooth !!! I already see results, my underarms don't grow hair anymore, and my Brazilian area just has a few stray hairs left !!! I still have several sessions left and see incredible results and I cannot wait to NEVER have to pluck, rip or shave my hair anymore forever!!!! So worth it ladies!!!!!!

I started having them done monthly and unfortunately the thoroughness of it was not great. I was usually left with a patch somewhere or some strays that were missed. Now, I'll say I didn't give them the chance to correct it either. I didn't feel like having to come back in. My opinion is it should be done right the first time. I found another waxing salon that is more thorough for the same price.

I'm really disappointed by my experience at this location today…read more The biggest issue was the lack of clear communication and professionalism. Expectations around timing and policy enforcement were not clearly explained upfront, and when I tried to address my concerns, I felt dismissed rather than genuinely helped. What made the experience more frustrating was the way the situation was handled afterward. Instead of receiving clarity and customer care, I was left feeling like just another transaction. As someone who understands that policies are policies, I also believe customer service is about how those policies are communicated and enforced. Unfortunately, this experience lacked empathy, transparency, and professionalism. I've used European Wax Center before and know the experience can be much better, but this particular location did not reflect the standard I expected.

I received the service for dermaplaning and it was quite the experience. My skin feels so much smoother & softer now. Thinking about making this a replacement to my biweekly wax/threading. I'm definitely going back! In addition to that, her suite inside Phenix Salon is so cute and swanky...I just loved the decor! It's a very comfortable and welcoming setup, which also put me at ease. Overall great experience and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Microbladders usually start the fronts of your eyebrows slightly further apart to permit natural front growth. This means that there are hairs infront and the ink starts a little bit further in the actual brow. Today, the fronts of my eyebrows completely threaded off because the threader wasn't aware that she should follow my natural shape - not take out hairs until where my actual microblading starts. I made it a point to tell the salon on numerous occasions not to remove the fronts too far back. Unfortunately, today who ever did my eyebrow took off a huge chunk and now I am missing the front of my eyebrow. She also took away a lot of hairs within my brows so it looks like I have patches missing.
