Marisa quickly grasped what I was trying to achieve, even though I wasn't confident that I was explaining my vision properly. Pricing is comparable to other wedding floral services. She was prompt in responding to e-mails and online payment was convenient. The flowers were delivered on time and they were absolutely gorgeous!

They dropped it off at our front door and texted me to let me know it was there. It came in the cutest dark brown glass vase and the arrangement was so thoughtfully put together. I've always been a live plant kind of girl though vs fresh cut bouquets. I just personally like having the plant for years to remember the occasion by (yes, my house is full of plants, haha). I decided to take apart the bouquet to try to root the succulent clippings. They were all wire wrapped and then wrapped in green plant tape. I was so happy to find that once disassembled, the wiring was actually keeping little roots safe! It took a bit of time, to keep as many roots from breaking but it worked! I ended up being able to plant 3 separate pots full of the succulents from the bouquet! What a clever idea for a unique and beautiful gift. I decided to put the remaining non-succulent plants back in the little vase and it's still so charming on their own.

She had 8 days to notify me that she couldn't complete the order. I called more than half a dozen times, left multiple voicemails, and received absolutely no response. She was totally uncommunicative. Nothing arrived. We waited all day. She DID respond WITHIN AN HOUR when I went to social media, and she then blocked me from her Instagram site when I shared how I was actually treated. What was to be a joyous surprise turned into a bad experience. Shame on her for her lack of professionalism. This was not an ordinary delivery. It was for my widowed mother on what would have been her 57th wedding anniversary, just two years after my father's death. I am extremely disappointed and would strongly recommend choosing another florist. Credit given, but my mom never got any plant, flowers -nothing. Samantha's Flowers was a huge waste of my time.
