Took my Pomeranian, Fred, here to be groomed today and am very pleased with the results. I called…read moreyesterday and was a brand new customer but was able to get in today - yay! The woman I spoke to was very patient and answered all of my many questions relating to their practices, which I greatly appreciated. The shop is nice and clean. They have pet clothes and some dog decor (figurines) for sale among other items. There is a door separating the shop front from the grooming area in the back. I was able to see the kennels where Fred was to be kept while waiting for his turn. I prefer this to my dog being left out of a kennel while he waits for his turn. I just think it is safer. The kennels look kind of like what you see at a pet store - they have, what looks to be, plexiglass backing so you can see your dog from the counter. It's nice to be able to see what situation your dog is going into. The grooming area looked nice and clean. Nice and bright. I dropped Fred off at noon, filled out a bit of paperwork, then was given an estimated timeframe of two to three hours. I was able to pick Fred up 3.5 hours later, and he looked great! For $45 they bathed him, brushed him, trimmed/shaped his hair, handled his anal glands, cut his nails, cleaned his ears, and I believe they brushed his teeth. Fred looks great! He seemed to be in a good mood when I picked him up, too=) These ladies are very nice. They are thoughtful and conscientious. I got the impression that they take a great deal of pride in their business. I would not hesitate one bit to take my baby back =)

I received a stern warning Now if it was a big no no You would think several laminated signs would be on the counter Or do away with the flat surface and leave just enough to sign paperwork If not for my scolding this morning it would be a 5 star review

They don't smile, don't welcome you, just sit down until we call you. They are owned by a corporation and they say they don't know who it is. She is a very sweet dog but I just couldn't keep up with all of her hair. I was apprehensive but took her, yesterday with instructions not to mess up her double coat. . . it keeps her warm and cool, as most Pyr owners know. When I picked her up, she was happy and pyrfect. She was laying in the middle of a bunch of happy, smaller pups. Her favorite thing in the world is to meet new friends. Bless you and thank you for the wonderful groom and cuddles from your family!

For our two Cairyn…read moreterrier mix pups, we started with Beaus this spring after an unsuccessful search for kind, competent, and dog loving groomer(s). These people fit the bill in a big way. Our two babies come out with their pretty bows on, looking really fine. The cuts were just right and one dog, Starbucks, was so impressed with herself, that it's funny how she perched like a sphinx on the back seat!. They have been patient with our crazy schedules, often getting mixed up, and a couple of big illnesses this past May. They also do just about any reasonable request, such as medical soap shampoos (Starbucks has bad skin allergies, we bring the soap, of course). They are always on time with pickups and they do extremely well with handling us, the always worried and ever- calling parents! In short, if you want your dog to have grooming done by someone who actually likes your pup, and gives it hugs and is kind too--this is the place to get wet!
