David was very knowledgeable and had some great suggestions. Went with the Briggs and Stratton 26KW and decided to go LPG instead of NG. This company did an AMAZING job! Very professional and courteous crew. It's hard to find a quality company that takes pride in what they do these days. But this company excels in quality and customer satisfaction . That being said, I would highly recommend this company to family and friends. Excellent price point, excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable, very happy and impressed with this company.

Very unprofessional of you guys to do this to me. It's been a month now since you scheduled me. If they'd ghost me over this I feel they've done this to lots of others. Edit: You could have been professional enough to call and let me know rather than purposely ghosting me (like a kid) and then lying to my warranty company stating you were waiting on authorization from them (which you received the next day after the initial visit to my house). I'll be sure to pass on the message along that you're claiming to not doing business with them anymore.

In 2022, by the Grace of God; I had no back up issues and had started to believe that my problems were resolved. However, in January of 2023 my problems returned. This particular time was different. the problem was the same, but the plumbers and the service was totally different. The company that I did business with, dispatched plumbers from Alabama Quality Plumbing from Alexandria, Al. The plumbers were not only quality experienced plumbers, but they were also caring, considerate, kind and eager to help anyway possible. They went over and above to get the job done and done right! They did an amazing job, and I am so happy to have meet them!!

My oldest…read moreson took a shower around 1 and I'm sitting in my office working, when my youngest came running up the stairs to tell screaming his toilet was bubbling and overflowing ! I ran downstairs to my shower bubbling up grey water into my bathroom so I ran back up the stairs to kill the shower my son was enjoying. I had just gotten off the phone with a neighbor and called him back told him what was going on and was given Rocky Weavers number. So I then called him in sheer panic mode. When I told him what was going on he said sounds like your septic is full and I can be there n the morning. I have 2 boys single mom but I said okay. 3 minutes later he called back said I had to rearrange things but I heard the panic in your voice and they are on their way! they got here had everything fixed within the hour and now all I have is the daily chaos of raising 2 boys. If I could give Rocky's customer service more than 5 I would. He just saved me from finding a hotel for the night. Thank you for taking care of an issue I didn't know I had. Apparently a root from a bush backed up the lines and they took care of that too! I am truly grateful and now have his number saved in my phone if anyone i know ever needs it!

He let me follow him around the yard looking for the sewer, water and power lines. I learned so much from him in about an hour and a half. From a professional and business perspective, this is what we're all looking for in customer service - awesome personality, efficient, professional and knows what he's doing! My favorite part is how much I got to learn from him while he was out locating the lines for us. He let me follow him around the yard and under the house. I asked a lot of questions (too many, I'm sure), but he explained it all and showed me where everything was that I needed to know about. He's even got an old "divining rod" which is the absolute coolest thing to see if you've never seen anyone use it. I hadn't seen it done since I was a kid. I highly recommend Dusty and his company. I don't write reviews a lot, but this one deserves it; he's awesome!

Wesley and Cory are amazing!…read more We didn't know where our septic was or the last timed it had been serviced. We called Stephens Septic and they were at our house the same day, and it wasn't even an emergency! They gave us straightforward pricing and stuck to that, even though our septic was harder to access than we expected. Before they left, they walked me though everything they did, gave me a status on my septic, made recommendations for maintenance and even offered to make me a list of parts needed if I wanted to do the annual filter cleaning myself (I definitely do not, but thanks for the offer!) . Stephens Septic is professional, affordable and provides a great value. Highly recommend them for any of your septic needs.
