In February 2024, we hired them for water cleanup and mold mitigation in our 1950s home, but they began cutting into walls without asbestos testing, failed to remove our belongings, and did not follow visible mold or asbestos safety protocols. The day after submitting their invoice, our insurance company called them for a rebuild quote, mold testing results, and asbestos testing results, but received no response for a week. When we returned home, we discovered we had lost everything we owned except for two boxes of photographs that had been stored in safe boxes, and our house was contaminated with asbestos and futher mold. We later learned we were the second home in less than a month to suffer major damage following their work. This is our personal account, and I strongly urge anyone considering hiring them to verify licensing, safety compliance, and communication before proceeding.

Ark sent a team out within a few hours of us reaching out and were able to take care of the emergency need of removing all of the water, then took the time to talk through options with us of how to handle the repairs. We created a game plan together and they followed it perfectly, keeping our budget and timeline at top of mind. Yesterday Jacob & Chandler came and installed a new kitchen faucet, replaced all the water lines & put new shut offs on each one, and installed an undercounter water filter. They were polite & did an amazing job. These guys really care about their customers & doing the job correctly. I know because I am retired but used to do plumbing for mu company! I would also like to say tha Kris came to my home on an after hours call for a leak under my house on October 30, 2021 & fixed my leak. Every one that has been to my home from Pikes plumbing including the owner are excellent, care about the job they do for you and do excellent work! I am not related to them & have not been asked or been told what to say!
