The owner is very great at communication. Alivia really connected with my blue heeler Daisy. She also taught me that heelers have double coats and shed year round and suggested a really good shedding brush to help in between grooming. Alivia, the owner & operator of Wilde Pet Grooming is just simply fabulous as a groomer!! My 13yr old Standard Schnauzer, Maynard has been very anxious & difficult to bathe & groom since my husband & his brother, Spencer passed away last June. Alivia @ Wilde Pet Grooming was recommended to me by my hair stylist; she had her 2 dogs (1 L & 1 S) groomed by Alivia & was very happy w/her grooming expertise. Since my SS Maynard needs to be mildly sedated before a groom, Alivia suggested that she come to my house & do the job. Alivia was absolutely wonderful w/Maynard! She worked slowly, but deliberately & as I assisted in holding Maynard to stay on the grooming table, he actually fell asleep a few times, trusting that both Alivia & I would not hurt him! After many failed attempts to have Maynard bathed & groomed @ various, busy & noisy dog grooming establishments, I was quickly convinced that I had found one of THE BEST GROOMERS EVER! Alivia grew up w/Schnauzers, so was very familiar w/their "special" temperaments & exactly how a real Schnauzer breed cut should look. Alivia has been grooming dogs for well over 12 yrs, and it didn't take long for both Maynard & I to realize that she knows her craft & executes it VERY WELL! She recently started her own grooming business, in her home or @ yours....whichever is most comfortable for both dog & owner. So, in closing I would highly recommend Alivia as your dog's new groomer!
