By pure luck, we rented a house across the street from Mel, and a neighbor told us she was a groomer. That was such a blessing. From the very first appointment, I could see the difference. Even though our pups had been poorly groomed before, Mel worked so gently and skillfully with them. She explained that it might take a few visits to get them looking like true poodles again, but she still made them look and feel so much better right away. What stands out the most is not just her talent, but her kindness and genuine love for animals. My boys absolutely adore her -- they run to her happily, which says it all.
