The seasoning added to the flavor without overpowering. 5/5 for flavor but have to ding it to 4/5 due to the small portion. Prime rib - surprisingly thick but likely to make up for the fact that it's not super wide. Both sides were seared well but still remained a nice medium rare inside. Some parts were more tender than others but overall pretty good. 4/5. Pork Ribs (full): Comes with 2 full racks of ribs - is a ton of food.
