went in looking at a Harley Davidson nightster after I've been on road kings my entire life and Bruce told me the specs and the pricing and everything and a road king caught my eye on the used lot he said you may be a little disappointed going from a road king to a nightster just because it's a different style and different handling bike (he was damn right!) he brought up the used 2017 Harley Davidson road king that was in damn near brand new condition and I got a kick out of it they were short staffed and were unable to provide the staff required to do a test ride but I didn't care I wanted that bike and Bruce made it happen got me all set up on it came in and left with it in under an hour best decision I've made when it comes to motorcycles even better they sent me a box of brownie cookie cupcakes and there were freaking fantastic read more

I would give them a zero but I can't. My bike was wrecked and was advised I could get an estimate in 2 weeks. I paid 4k for the repairs and they gladly took my money. There was 0 communication, they never called me since the day I dropped off my bike waited two weeks and called them and they said they had two bikes in front of me. Two weeks later and I called and they said they had one bike in front. Employee did not show empathy or sympathy for my inconveniences. I just picked up my bike and asked that the check get shredded. The employee advised me "it is a shit show in the service department." I was also told "My bike wasn't the only one in their shop and I would get a callback later in the day." Which I can confirm did not happen, management did not step up. I have been a loyal customer for years and brought in business as well. The fact that I'm someone of color there was also no urgency to tend to me but for others the world stopped. read more

All Harley dealerships need to take their cue from Wild West in Lubbock Tx.!!!! I had been in the market for a new bike for about the last few months. I've only ridden Harley's and so a new Harley was a forgone conclusion. The only question was from which dealer was I going to purchase. I work in the Permian basin so it was a choice between Lubbock, Odessa or El Paso Tx. I couldn't be more pleased with my choice. My salesman, Michael Hay, was friendly and extremely professional. He was attentive but never pushy. He customized my buying experience by asking what my needs were and didn't try to force me to get into anything I wasn't ready for. Wild West really bent over backwards to accommodate me and what I was looking for. Needless to say I bought my new Harley and I love it! Thanks again to Michael Hay and all at Wild West Harley Davidson. I'll definitely be be back when it's time to upgrade. read more

Since we are a Harley Davidson family, it is only right we stop in at the local Harley Dealer and pick up a few souvenirs from Texas. This Harley bike shop is awesome! The staff has always been welcoming and friendly. The service shop does great work. They have a wide variety of clothing and accessories suitable for Harley riders. I'm not sure that this is their fault, but it did take me three months to get a few pairs of jeans in that I had ordered. By the time the jeans came in it was already summer. read more
