This dealer is worst I have ever dealt with. They talk a great game when they are trying to get the money you have to put down, tell you they understand about past credit problems ....bad things happen to good people....etc. then you believe their sales pitch and buy the hunk of junk only to possibly fall behind as you had to spend several hundred dollars in unexpected repairs....the husband wife pair tag team you, turn nasty, outright LIE and you are sans vehicle and several thousand dollars poorer feeling like a fool! Our salesman Shane was great. We traveled several hours to do business with him. The two stars was for the customer service. The office staff is rude, condescending, they harass you constantly. This company does not and REFUSES to ever work with you if you get in a bind. I bought an R.V trailer from them and I asked for a change in payment date they refused said No. We got behind a little and we are trying to catch up but I was just told..."We don't care, you need to pay us all of it right now or we are going to repossess your home because we have a new owner!". We pay almost $100 a month in late fees without complaint. My family and I call it home because we have no other place for my two boys (one is special needs). I would NEVER do business with these hateful people again, and I recommend NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER. The trailer we got we paid almost $28,000.00 give or take a couple thousand for....they said they fixed the water damage prior to us getting it but never told us they didn't fix the cause of it. So everytime it rains the inside floods. They also sold us a "fully functioning outdoor kitchen" in trailer yet this outdoor kitchen has Never worked bc there is no functioning mini fridge they put a broken one in it, and there is no gas hose to the stove in it, and the door is so warped from water damage you can't get it open. So another words, they are liars and crooks as well. Awful awful experience both my stars are for the kindness and hardwork of our salesmen. read more
