Came here yesterday around 2:30 and received some of the worst customer service I've had in berlin. Despite 3 girls working it took them about 20 minutes to make 5 bowls for 3 customers before us, rudely told us "2 people max, tchuessi!" So we patiently waited outside the store. One girl talked to the woman in front of us for like 10 minutes about her dog while she was making her bowl, then let the dog run inside the store. The other 2 girls were not acknowledging any customers or helping any of the customers. Delivery drivers kept cutting the people in line making the one slower.
It's like everybody at this store was high on something.
After patiently for waiting 20 minutes outside and finally going in, we spent an awkward 2 more minutes of standing there watching the girl repeatedly try to put receipt paper in the thing and it pop back out with still ZERO people even acknowledging us. I finally had to be like hello??? Anybody going to serve us? Which finally seemed to make them aware we are there (and confirmed, we weren't in fact ghosts, like they were treating us)
The girl starts helping us and when she rings us up she starts sing-songing "remember, youre always protected, always protected!". It was the strangest, most bizarre encounter and the manic energy of that place made us regret spending €25 on 2 bowls that were mediocre and to be frank, was not worth the awkward and terrible customer service.
I find it terribly sad whoever is paying these girls to work when they clearly don't know how to treat customers and would urge the manager to consider looking into who they're choosing to represent their business. This place is def on my do not return list simply because of the weirdo awkward girls who seem to think it's ok to have a shitty attitude. You're still scooping sashimi, honey! read more
