The meat is outstanding. I mean OUTSTANDING. We get the basic Beef/Pork/Chicken box each month. It's the only meat we buy now. We can't trust our local store (the cats refuse their chicken!) The customer service is great. It's wonderful to know you're buying chem-free food. The thawed meat also lasts several days after thawing without going bad. We have a tendency to take a pound out in the morning before work, in fridge to thaw, then too tired to cook when we get home. It has been very forgiving. Haven't lost any to spoilage and we've been subscribed for almost a year. The website doesn't affirm that you have successfully changed your order when you want to try new things and need to add or subtract an item. It DOES it, but then there's no affirmation. It just leaves you on a page that shows the new total. But I'm not used to instant upgrade without any reassurance that it was a saved action. I guess that's just me. You have to go into settings to change your method of payment if you need to switch accounts. That wasn't obvious. But whether it was a human or a chatbot, I was instructed how to do this and the card was updated. That's more than I can say for some subscriptions! read more

I'm happy to share that I find this company and its products excellent. with beef prices so high and quality so sketchy even in our good grocery markets, we switched to ordering from Wild Pastures 3 months ago and have not been disappointed at all. We've easily adjusted to having frozen product bc all it takes is a little extra planning time. Big plus is the chicken, beef & pork products taste even better than we anticipated! We haven't tasted bacon this good since we were kids. Also we appreciate knowing that the products are healthier bc they are grass fed & finished. Their customer service is also a big plus. I had a minor problem initially and it was handled very quickly and professionally. This is the 3rd beef company we've tried and it's our 1st choice. Worth every penny. read more

We've been buying grass fed beef and chicken from Wild Pastures for a while now. Their products and service are wonderful and both were recently put to the test. During the recent heat wave, our order arrived on time, but was mostly thawed, the dry ice gone. It was no one fault- the heat was brutal. I was home when I received the text that our order was delivered and I brought the box in immediately. I emailed Wild Pastures and without hesitation, they shipped out another order. Good customer service is the back bone of any company and Wild Pastures lives up to its product and reputation of delivering a great product, variety and service. Thank you, Wild Pastures! I can't recommend them enough! read more

I have been ordering their meats for about 3 years and have been very satisfied until the past couple of orders. Recently their packaging has leaked in almost every package which used to never happen. I hate bloody refrigerators! I've had to throw away a few expensive packages including their brisket, stew meat and others because the meat turned ugly brown and spoiled within a day of taking it out of the freezer and into the fridge. Their last few chuck roasts have been so tough (how is it possible for chuck roast in the slow cooker to be tough cooked on low and slow? Also the brisket and stew meat were like shoe leather! Even my filet mignon had gristle in it! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED! read more

I've been using wild pastures for about a year and a half now. I've always been very happy with the product. I feel like with beef prices the way they are the beef box is the best value. For how much you get it's honestly cheaper than the grocery store for me. Then I will do add-ons of chicken or pork as needed and they also many times have specials or discounts on things and add-ons. Their pork breakfast sausage is amazing. It tastes so much better than any store-bought breakfast sausage I've had. I was concerned a little bit at first about meat being shipped. But they pack it really well with dry ice it's always came to me very Frozen even on summer days. I highly recommend. read more

The ham!! The ham!! From Wild Pastures, uncured, smoked, was glorious and scrumptious. I bought a 10+ pound ham for our Easter dinner. 18 people showed up here and were all generously fed, with a couple of plates delivered to the infected or reclusive. One of my daughters gratefully grabbed up the mostly cleaned bone, I quickly hid what remained on the cutting board, barely enough for two sandwiches. I had three messages from family and two phone calls from the other families all going on at length about the superior ham! If you could lower the price a bit and make a special one for my birthday, that would be extra special! (laughing). Greta Hobbs read more

we meat products through wild pastures for close to two years now we have referred this company to several of our and to speak highly because we are very pleased with all the products and with the customer service and support system that they have built-in to their online business. I feel sure that I could ask any question about like where the meat comes from or anything in regards to their products and I would get a quick and honest and accurate answer. I appreciate your placing extra dry ice on our order as temp here in AZ over 100 daily. I like the beef tallow I ordered and am anxious to use it. I want to say that quite a few of my items have small tears in the plastic, so to prevent freezer burn I've had to use my Food Saver machine to seal them tightly..a real pain. Quality of food good and I appreciate the package info..where it's from, temp to reach for donenes, etc. Continue with good service. read more

I've been using Wild Pastures for several years - it's wonderful to have a trustworthy place to purchase pastured beef, pork, AND chicken! I even love the hot dogs! I just keep everything in my freezer and then take out whatever I want a day ahead and stick it in the fridge. If I forget to take it out in advance, I thaw it in the sink. Either way, I always have something to make for our family meals that I know is healthy. read more

Amazing prompt customer service. I love the products, the selection, the quality. I can easily change items in my box, or add items, and I can easily pause my order anytime which is important because we are full time RVers, we change locations all across the US and don't always have easy access to high quality meats. Everything arrives well packaged and frozen. Love this company! read more

We are really enjoying our favorite cuts of beef and whole chickens. When some of what we wanted was out of stock, the order was due to ship a cut we did not choose and wouldn't want. We were notified of the scheduled substitution in advance, and we asked to be refunded instead. They graciously accommodated us, which we appreciated so very much. read more

So happy that I went with this company. The quality of everything we have received is top notch. The primal blend especially is fantastic! The customer service is fantastic also. Very helpful in adding extras or switching things around if need be. The breakfast sausage is actually the best I've every had. We LOVE it! read more

This is my first experience with Wild Pastures, as I was skeptical at first, because I was raised on home-grown beef and pork and not feedlot anything!
