Lady I had was…read morebeyond rough with my hair... after getting a wash, she brushed my roots down to my ends instead of the other way around. Head jerking, pain, and I could even hear and feel some strands of hair snapping. With all the knots, took a while to brush my hair that way that's for sure. The entire service felt rushed as well. Minimal talking with me, but plenty with her coworker about absolutely whatever. Personally, I have no issue if there's no talking or if you're conversing with your friend. But if I come up with questions about the service I am receiving, I don't want to feel like I am interrupting a continuous conversation. Honestly, it was just awkward. Once it was all done, I got to the register to pay the $200 as stated on the website, yet instead it rang up as $225, not including tip. After some insight outside of the salon, I might understand that added $25 could be because of my hair length, which is almost mid-back. Either way, I was not informed about an extra charge. Now, as for the result of the Brazilian, I won't blame the salon, because it could just be my hair, but it didn't do anything. Overall, not only do I regret the Brazilian, I definitely regret choosing this place.
