But then they cancelled my appointment to fix it and told me never to come back because they saw my 1-star review. I physically went and spoke to the owner, who raised his voice and belittled me for being in the military and not making enough money to pay another $300 to get it fixed. I eventually gave in and said I would delete the review so they'd fix it. It was fixed, but my hair felt dead, like dry hay. I had very healthy hair before. I fully expect the owner to comment on this and claim I am lying. I have nothing to lose so I'm telling my story again. Do not go here.

I came in a complete mess, as a result of very foolishly experimenting with a color mask on a whim (let's just say, I learned my lesson, and good; won't EVER be doing that again!
