I would give no star if I could! At first when they set it up and left when we turned the water on more water went off the slide then on it! My husband messed with it for over an hour to fix it. PLEASE READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST!!!! I live in Charleston, SC. The price were competitive so that's what got my attention. I ordered the hot air balloon water slide combo for my daughter 4th bday fast response, and this was on 8/3/19. She told me that there was no deposit cash on delivery. They called me the day before the party unbeknownst to me to bring the slide, I reconfirmed I said the web said 4 hours so I didn't want any extra charge. We couldn't get the paypal to work so I went to get cash she told me how to set it up and use it. I went out to by a new hose to fit the sprinkle part that saturates the slide and everything! The next day it pours down rain all day!!! party was brought inside I called her to cancel she said they don't do refunds!!! I said on your Website it says " unless it rains" in which it did I was furious. So it cleared up for about an hour before the party I was hopeful again went to set up the pool part (about 30 gal.) and the damn thing don't even hold the water so I had my older daughter turn on the sprinkler part thinking that would allow the water to stay up in the pool part EPIC FAIL! the damn water stop before she reached the end of the slide the water was SETTLING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SLIDE AND POURING FROM THE SIDE!!! Not only did you not want to cancel bc you have my cash, now your product DOESN'T EVEN WORK AS INTENDED!!! I sent numerous text called both numbers online and no response. She lied to me saying they will have to speak with the person in charge and then blocked my call from there phone I will get sent straight to voicemail. I'm a single mom who just wanted to have a fun party for my child even a discount off of the next time or pay back half of what I paid would have been appreciated. Terrible experience! I called months in advance to book the train rental for my son's second birthday party. I confirmed the month before and the week before. I confirmed twice because they seemed a little shady. They didn't always return emails. When I'd call there were kids screaming in the background and the woman would hurry off the phone. When I offered a deposit, she said not to worry but just pay day of in cash. Then, they didn't show the day of his party. No phone call, no apologies. This is a poorly run business, not dependable for important events. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere! read more

I wish they had a -10... The W orst Company I have ever rented from! I reserved the 18 foot rip and dip Super Splash June 03 018.. for July 4 2018..I text her all the information she needed. I even had her confirm that she got my text. I called July 3rd to confirm everything was good to go. And she said of course everything's great!! I said I'm going to text you my niece's phone number and the address again because that's where it's going to be set up even though I was paying for it. And I had reserved it. I hang up with her and no more than 15 minutes later my niece calls me and says the one I reserved they can't bring out because it's has a hole in it!!! so I call her back and she tells me that she got the impression from my niece Our kids were too big for the rip n dip and the lanes were too narrow because our kids were "heavy"... I was getting madder and madder as she was talkin. I do believe they rerented that slide that I have reserved for a better price to someone else.. so we get stuck with the little squirt... And the velcro won't stay together the handles are broke it's "nasty" and stinks when they bring it in.. when they picked it up they made us blow it up to make sure there was no leaks or no holes... Did they not do the same thing when they picked up the one I reserved! That's why I think they rerented it for a higher price. I rented a slide for my child's 4th birthday well it was good at first told me I would get the slide between 11am-1pm on a Friday well we got it Friday night at 11:15 pm then when they got here they were arguing, cursing and all kinds of stuff that a business wouldn't do so they finally got it up sign the paper only stating that if anyone got hurt on the slide it would be on me ok signed it looked at the date the boy had put down the 27 when they clearly brought it on the 28 I told him and he said that the day didn't matter nothing else was filled out well asked them when would they be back to get it and they told me Sunday or Monday because they want to get it before it rains ok well Tuesday rolls around no calls no text from them to let us know anything I text the Tuesday evening and told them specifically that they needed to come get the slide on Wednesday between 5:30 and 7:00pm or I was charging storage fees well yes they showed up Wednesday at 9:30 pm to get a slide I was nice enough to come out and let them know that they needed to come back Thursday between 530 and 700 pm being my child was already in bed and we were getting ready for bed so they sat there and teold me they haven't gotten a text and so fourth well my text message to them shows otherwise so finally they leave after a few words with my husband they pull out my drive way and come to find out they are sitting at the front of my neighborhood don't forget it's almost 10pm so being the person I am we stay up a little longer to make sure they don't come in our yard finally I got tired told my husband I was calling cops I don't have time to be playing with these people well 11:20 pm rolls around and a officer shows up explains everything to him he asked if I have a copy of agreement told him no so he goes to them and they have the agreement with a pick up date that states between 5:30 and 10:00 Well that's pretty funny because if there was a pickup date or time an officer would have never been called and apparently that 27 on the paper just so happenef to turn into an 28 so with all this being said they did get there slide but they will not be getting anymore business from my family or friends they need to learn how to run a business and it sad when even the officer said that they look like something is wrong with them and not business like for showing up that late to get a slide please do not rent from them read more

Horrible Experience! When I called to make my bounce house reservation, I was rushed off the phone and asked to email the details instead of talking about them. Our event was on a Saturday. That Thursday, I got an email asking if the specific jump castle I had requested could be changed (that was fine). I reminded them I had not received a confirmation or invoice, and was told "We have you on the books" and that they would send an invoice "soon." I never heard from the company again. They did not return any emails or calls, and they no-showed at my event. The one time (out of 7 calls) I got through to someone, a man answered and said "Can I call you back, I'm in the middle of something." He then sat in silence for several seconds, and when I asked again about the ETA he hung up. They did not answer the phone for any more of my calls that day, or since. I've still gotten no answers as to why they didn't show up, or why they ignored my repeated attempts at communication. read more
