Finally she answers with an attitude and keeps saying they are on the way no apology or nothing until after I expressed myself with anger now she apologizes. My husband spoke to her after our conversation and she still confirmed they was on the way. 20 mins later she calls and says "we just decided to refund you your money and cancel have a good day" and hung up. My husband spoke with her husband and they said they work for themselves so they dont need anyone's money!!!! Even after explaining how unprofessional they was to not call and say they will behind schedule they still didn't think theywerein the wrongl. How dare they try to ruin a little girls bday party bc of their horrible customer service. And people scream support black businesses but it be our own people that do dumb sh**!!!!! Thankfully we found someone else last minute! Her day is definitely not ruined! I have yet to receive my refund too!

I was a guest at a wedding coordinated by Mary. I do not recommend her or her business. She was…read moreexceptionally rude to the bride shortly before she walked down the aisle. Thereafter, she would not leave the couple alone. She monopolized their time apologizing for her behavior, including standing between them when they finally had an opportunity to sit and eat. Multiple family members tried to intervene about her very strange behavior, but she continued to make their special day about herself. Note, my concerns aren't about the chaotic wedding. We know things can happen. It's how she handled it that was unacceptable.

They are prompt, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. The Arch wedding venue is breathtaking. I got married on 10/16/2021 and keep hearing wonderful reviews from guest about how amazing the wedding was. Everyone has said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Mary and the A Team made it so much easier with their guidance, organizational tools, suggestions, responsiveness and positive attitude. Once I arrived the day of our wedding, I was able to just relax and enjoy the experience as Mary and the A team ensured everything went smoothly.
