We received another confirmation the day before stating the correct date and time for drop off/setup. They NEVER showed the day of the event. We called them three times and texted, but never received a call back. We are blown away by the lack of follow through on the company's end. We paid a deposit and never received the product. We understand that things happen that are out of a company's control. However, to not even reach out and let us know that things were not going as planned is unacceptable. Last year they came for my daughter's birthday and my daughter got a little nervous during her painting so we gave her break. Jill made sure she checked in with her often to see if she wanted to continue and ended up painting on her hand. She was able to get to most of the kids twice. This year was just as great. We had about 8 kids and most got their face and hand painted. Jill takes the time to talk to the kids and see what they are into.
