Since my dinner was less than a week away I had to pick everything up but the process of pickup and drop off is very organized, quick and easy. All of the linens, plates and glasses were in excellent shape. The tables and chairs had scuff marks and the gold colored silverware was a little beat up but since our dinner was outdoors by candlelight the marks were not that noticeable. I felt that all of the rental fees were reasonable.

I almost forgot about this vendor review for my wedding, it's easy to forget about the rentals…read moresince I did not think about them at the wedding! We rented chairs for the ceremony, chairs for the reception, and tables for the reception from them. I found it cheaper to buy table linens than rent, so I did not use them for that. Communication and renting was very easy with Snyder. They were on time (arrived before me) and had everything set up quickly so we could decorate. Not much else to say other than they are a great company to work with and I would highly recommend to use them for your rental needs.

I hired this company for my son's 8th birthday party. The owner was very kind and responsive on…read morethe phone. They showed up on time. However, the employee was not prepared for the full party. They only had enough guns for 6 kids at a time. I knew they would have to switch kids in and out, but the website makes it seem like 10 kids can play at a time. They also ran out of ammo before 60 minutes of the 90 minute playtime advertised. When we asked the employee about this, he said that we started playing before the party started. This is true - the adults and party boy tried the guns before the party started by about 10 - 15 minutes; however, the 60 minutes I am referring to, did take that into account. The kids got to play for a total of about 50 minutes and I had to step in more than once to make sure that kids were taking turns and alternating play. The kids had fun and it is a great idea for a party; but I was a bit disappointed in the actual execution and the lack of response from the employee running the party. Additionally, since we were the 2nd party of the day, the guns were not all fully charged. We also only had 5 bunkers. If I had known how this would have unfolded, I would have just ordered the guns, ammo, and bunkers online for less than the party and run it myself.

Total failure. If zero stars were an option, that's what I would give…read more On Thursday, I received a confirmation email stating: "Your transportation is booked!" along with a confirmation number (#153869) for a 5:00 a.m. pickup the following Sunday to catch an early flight to the West Coast. I also noticed a $1.00 authorization charge on my American Express card to verify the payment method. Everything appeared confirmed and in order. At 10:00 p.m. Saturday night, I emailed to verify that they had my cell phone number. Instead of a simple confirmation, I received a phone call at 11:55 p.m. informing me that my reservation had been canceled earlier in the week. The problem: nobody ever notified me. No email. No phone call. No voicemail. They simply canceled the reservation internally while leaving me with a confirmation number and every reason to believe I had transportation scheduled. With only five hours until pickup time, it was impossible to secure another car service, and Uber availability at my location was extremely limited that early in the morning. As a result, I missed my flight, missed a Mother's Day family dinner, and had to pay $340 to rebook my ticket. When I called the company the next business day seeking an explanation, I was transferred between three different people and ultimately never received a return call or email. Mistakes happen. Failing to notify a customer that you've canceled a confirmed reservation, especially for an airport pickup, is unacceptable. Failing to follow up afterward is even worse. I would never trust this company for transportation where timing matters.

Betsey did an absolutely amazing job helping with plans for a bachelorette party I recently hosted…read morein Charleston. Betsey was great about asking for what time of vibe we wanted for the night and www extremely helpful with dealing with a picky eater bride! For our group of five, she set us up with dinner at The Watch Rooftop at the Restoration Hotel. When we arrived at our table - which had amazing views - she had left a goodie bag with fun bachelorette treats, a copy of the itinerary we had decided on, and a map of the places we were going later. The dinner was fantastic and the service was excellent! After dinner, Betsey had set up for two pedicabs to pick us up and take us to a mini bar crawl on Kong Street at Prohibition and Rarebit - very fun ride! At Prohibition we had a reserved table right near the band, amazing vibe. At Rarebit, it was more of a relaxed vibe, but was a cute place - they even had Moscow Mules on tap. After that we walked over to Republic where we had VIP Bottle Service. The club was packed and the music and atmosphere were perfect. Had amazing service by our server there, and loved being able to have our own space, but still in the action. Not only did Betsey text me throughout the night to make sure we stayed on schedule with timing at each bar, she even checked in on Saturday to see if we needed help with any plans. Overall absolutely amazing experience, and will be using her any and every time I have to plan something in Charleston in the future!
