This little family owned business is well worth the drive! We originally picked up a bottle of their honey at our favorite meat market Stone Cold Meats - Conroe. It was the French Toast Honey, I loved it so much I found their facebook page and saw they had an actual shop. It's a small shop, but it doesn't need to be large. They have 25 different flavors. And one of the best things. A tasting station! Yes, you can try them all. The owners are very personable and passionate about their product and will share their knowledge with you. We had a great time chit chatting with them while trying honey. read more

I was impressed with the customer service of Wendy and her daughter. We were greeted as soon as we walked innthe door. Everything in their store front was explained to us and where each of the honey options come from. They have a very local raw honey that I was interested in. The different season harvest was mentioned for allergy relief as I use honey for medicinal purposes. I love being able to support local family owned and operated businesses where you know the product and where it comes from. Don't forget to try their soft serve ice cream! It was amazing! read more

History

Established in 1994.

In 1994, Kenny & Wendy Reed planted fruit trees and quickly realized the need for honeybees. Their beekeeping journey began with a single hive, growing into a passion-driven business. Kenny left his job to learn commercial beekeeping, while Wendy sold honey at local markets. Through hard work, mentorship, and family dedication—including son-in-law Dax Simons joining in 2014—their honey business flourished. Today, Wild Honey Box continues the legacy, producing pure, raw honey while supporting their hardworking team, including H2A workers from Mexico who have become family.
