I had shoulder surgery several years ago. I had traditional physical therapy, but that only addressed my range of motion. I still had pain and weakness and difficulty with computer work, cleaning my house, pushing and pulling objects, carrying heavy things, etc. I am so grateful I I found Wild Grace Wellness Center. The Myofascial Release therapy that Val and Emily specialize in was extremely therapeutic. I am back to enjoying life. I can do yoga now, I am pain free and I feel great! I highly recommend this physical therapy practice to anyone suffering from post surgical problems, or if you have pain of any kind. They also have a warm therapy pool that was great for my stiffness and pain, so I am sure it's good for arthritis and joint problems, too. I love their therapy dog, Pedals, she is so sweet! read more

Established in 2011.

Owners Emily Estes and George Chapman built a healthy, clean aquatic therapy center with a commitment to environmentally friendly construction, including solar panels to heat the pool year round.

Meet the Business Owner: Emily E.

Emily Estes, PTA, LMT, ATRI- C, creator of Mermaid Fascial Freedom (Aquatic MFR), Watsu Practioner, One Energy Medicine Practioner, Shamanic Therapist. I started Wild Grace in 2008 to offer warm water therapy in a healthy, 94-degree, saltwater therapy pool. I specialize in chronic pain relief, women's health and "problems no one else can fix". I am an expert level John Barnes' Myofascial Release Therapist, Watsu Practioner and Craniosacral Therapist. I have trained with Alberto Villaldo, PhD; John Barnes, PT; John Upledger, MD; Harold Dull and many other world renowned teachers. It is my mission to offer healing to mind, body and spirit of all who seek my skilled manual therapy and spiritual guidance .
