I chose this place because they had availability and had great reviews online. The two main reasons I did not like the experience is because we received the wrong massages. Instead of stone massages we received standard massages. Our masseuse was very apologetic when she realized the error while checking us out. I appreciate her confirming that because I otherwise would have thought that's just what stone massages are like. The second reason is because it was hard to relax. There are two massage rooms and the waiting room. We unfortunately could hear everything in the next room because the other masseuse talked very loudly to her patients. All this being said, the massage itself worked. I had some crazy tension in my neck/shoulders area and Brogan worked them right out! She was a professional with the massage and owning the mix-up with massage types. I really loved working with her and would still come back if she had an opening.

Darci is the first person you meet and what a great ambassador she is...friendly and welcoming. I immediately felt comfortable and at home. My Physical Therapist was Nic and he was fabulous. He did a thorough assessment and taught me a lot of stretching and strengthening exercises to do that have really helped. I also had deep tissue massage which really diminished my hip pain to a point where I was essentially pain free. I recommend Reform PT unequivocally and also told my doctor to definitely consider them when referring their patients.

She is a creative and inspiring aerobics teacher and uses just the right about of encouragement to get us to do our best. The gym is on the old side and seems a little rump sprung. However, it has a large aerobics room with mirrors all around, a weight room downstairs and more weight training equipment upstairs. They have a yoga studio and offer several different types of yoga - there is something for everyone. Kids can play and be kept safe in a secure play room while their parent works out.

My initial visit included a very thorough stack of paperwork that covered my current injury, past injuries, and personal info for records. After that I was fairly quickly whisked into the back where they said they would be X raying my neck...what? Not sure if there was a mix up on my behalf or theirs but I assured the tech that we did not need to do this. He didn't argue and pleasantly brought me to my room for intake and to wait for my doctor. Dr. Abbott came in and chatted with me about my symptoms. He was very detailed and never seemed rushed to get to his next appointment. In the next couple of visits he has done the same and has given me several techniques to help alleviate pain along with his work that he has done on my neck and surrounding muscles. Sometimes runs late (don't all doctors) but overall an amazing experience and will continue to go to have work done on my neck.

I went in and the radiologist told me he had misread the ultrasound and a biopsy was NOT needed so I confirmed with him there were no bills for that day and he said no there were not. A few weeks later a bill popped up and despite numerous calls two and a half months after I first called I am still getting billed for something I told there would be no bill for. Very sloppy billing and very sloppy customer service.
