I chose this place because they had availability and had great reviews online. The two main reasons I did not like the experience is because we received the wrong massages. Instead of stone massages we received standard massages. Our masseuse was very apologetic when she realized the error while checking us out. I appreciate her confirming that because I otherwise would have thought that's just what stone massages are like. The second reason is because it was hard to relax. There are two massage rooms and the waiting room. We unfortunately could hear everything in the next room because the other masseuse talked very loudly to her patients. All this being said, the massage itself worked. I had some crazy tension in my neck/shoulders area and Brogan worked them right out! She was a professional with the massage and owning the mix-up with massage types. I really loved working with her and would still come back if she had an opening.

I would highly recommend this practice, and particularly Dr. Saraydarian. The staff are pleasant and efficient, as well as quite accommodating. I erroneously arrived about an hour early for one appointment, and the receptionist offered to get me in early to see the doctor. In fact, the wait time has always been incredibly short. While I hope that I do not have to use their services again any time in the future, I would not want to go anywhere else!

I expect it is still wrong in the records of the Foot & Ankle practice, and now I need to see someone about a bunion.

I also started to have some lower back pain due to me compensating for the pain in my neck and shoulders, which made my posture change. This was one of my last options. I've never had acupuncture but was told to give it a try. I made the appointment with Victoria and as soon as I walked through the door I felt comfortable. Victoria listened to my concerns, asked me about everything I had gone through with genuine concern. I never felt rushed and although I have only been to a couple sessions, I have noticed that along with my Botox injections and the acupuncture, this is the first time in almost 5 years that I am noticing a slight difference. Victoria told me that it would take twice a week for a while to really feel the difference as did Neurology with my Botox. After ONE session, my back was better! I never would have believed it could help in just one session. I am so thankful that I chose to make the appointment with Whole Health and Victoria. She is outstanding and professional! She makes me feel so comfortable! She actually listens to my concerns instead of just telling me what I need. I highly recommend Whole Health and Victoria! Don't wait like I did. Make the appointment.....I promise you won't regret it!!

Dr. Teixeira is a very gentle soul who has a way of making you feel that you have his complete attention during your appointment. He is obviously very knowledgable in his specialty, but what I love about his personal philosophy is that he does not try to perpetuate treatment. His goal is to get you self-sufficient with ergonomics, exercises, and new habits. That can't be said for other practitioners I've known in the past. I am exceptionally pleased with everything that I have encountered with Dr. Teixeira's office and treatment...I would recommend him to anyone!

The office is conveniently located at the corner of Russel and Central Ave in Lewiston, adjacent to the Bates College campus. Walking into the practice they have a modern clean look and not as many advertisements you sometimes see on the wall, counter or displays. The front desk staff do a great job recognizing you each time you come in requiring only the need to sign in and have a seat in their waiting room. The waiting room seems small, but is sufficient since you are not likely to wait a long time. The initial visit with Dr. Dionne was thorough and his quick examination of reflexes, going over past history and assessing the problem areas I identified was painless and productive. We established a plan and what areas his focus would be on during my treatements. Unlike some doctoros, his focus is on providing relief to your problem areas and only suggests procedures that are medically necessasry. He doesn't force any type of diagnostic imaging unless he feels its necessary to help determine underlining cause. I always felt more loose and relaxed when I left his office. Treatments took less than 15-20 minutes and overall visit less than 60 minutes, of course that depends on the type of treatement being received. He uses state-of-the-art equiment and procedures to treat his patients. One item to note is while I was waiting in the treatment room, his medical records monitor goes into a screensaver mode showing all the different equipment and procedures his practices uses to help diagnose and treat patients. I thought that was a great use of advertising. Overall, I am completely happy with my entire experience and see Dr. Dionne as a true medical professional who cares about his patients and doesn't overcharge them for uncessesary procedures. You can tell helping people is a passion of his and I have yet to see one person walk out unhappy. It's as if everyone is looking forward to seeing him so they can go about their day without any pain or discomfort.
