The sushi at Wild Fusion is solid. We also enjoyed the general Tao's & chicken & broccoli.

No reservation dinner for 4, seemed like a quiet night, parking readily available, wonderful fish tank with fish and coral at the entrance. Seated right away, seats were unexpectedly hard. Staff were friendly, and ordered drinks and appetizers within the first few minutes. We ordered the edamame, and gyoza. Gyoza were good, pork and good sauce to go with. Edamame... keep reading. For drinks we had some Tsing Tao, light Chinese beer and the Plum Wine. Plum wine was sweet and smooth, just enough to make you forget its alcohol. My edamame did not come out at all before the other appetizers, drinks and the mains already arrived, so I had to cancel it so that they would not charge me. For the mains we had the Aburi Salmon Roll, mix of spicy roll combo, some California rolls, Shrimp Tempura Roll, Sashimi Deluxe, Grilled Shrimp Salad, and the Thai Yellow Coconut Curry. Rolls were all made well, tasty, I would order from here for my lunch time rolls. The Shrimp Tempura had a nice crunchy so you know it was just recently made and was not sitting. the sear on the Aburi Salmon was just right with a touch of a light mayo spicy sauce. Thai Coconut curry was "not too great" by my friends standards but still enjoyable. Sashimi deluxe, items were fresh, slightly chilled and came in a giant bowl in a bed of ice. It was the right temperature and would not have wanted my sashimi any other way. Too much food to have dessert, but will try to cut done on entrees to try dessert next time. They seem to take car of the delivery orders and leave you sitting! My friend said he got food poisoning that night. OK so we started off with drinks and mine is the green one it's called a pink panther but it's green. OK so I had the house special which was little bits of chicken, beef and one shrimp and like a angel hair spaghetti with some veggies very good. From opening year and its crazy busy inside, to the weird Club Fusion nights, to the great happy hour specials- then they took them away and I was NOT HAPPY, and then the terrible wait staff for a while... but in recent months when I have ventured back, I can happily say things have improved for the better here. Came here twice and loved it both times. First time was for dinner. Ordered shrimp dumplings to start then a Godzilla roll & a salmon skin roll. The shrimp dumplings were so tender as if it was fresh shrimp, so delicious. The fry gave a nice crisp to the dumpling. The two rolls were well made. Not a lot of rice and they did not unroll as you pick them up. Very good quality fish. You get a lot of rolls with the godzilla roll. Fried lightly so you get a little bite. Paired it with the ginger. Tried the house special lo mein, the noodles were soft and had the flavor of the sauce. The different meats within the dish were flavorful. A lot of noodles so we took the rest home. Second time was for lunch. They have nicely priced lunch specials. You can get sushi, bento boxes, Chinese dishes, etc. I ordered a chicken teriyaki bento box. I knew I wanted sushi but I also wanted teriyaki so the bento box provided both. Got a 4pc California roll and shumai. The chicken was cut into strips. The teriyaki wasn't too sweet which is great. The only thing is I wish they put that same teriyaki sauce on the vegetables underneath the chicken. For some reason that had like a watery leftover teriyaki sauce on it which didn't have much flavor. Also for some reason the water tastes so fresh in this place. Ended up having like four glasses. This place has really taken a dive. Ordered takeout tonight only to get home and have two grease laden dishes of Shrimp fried rice (extra egg but got no egg at all) and Vegetable fried rice. Came here months ago and ordered same thing and it was awesome. What the hell happened!!??? Never again!!! Consistency is a thing of the past! $50 for horrible Chinese food I could have gotten in the Bronx!!! No more!!!!! How the FUCK does this place have 3.5 stars? Let me give you an idea of how this place is. It all started when I walked in. The place is very dark and there is techno blasting. They had the worst mix- one song in particular, a horrible techno version of "Good Times," played three times while I was there. Good times made for bad times. I kind of wished I was deaf. The food... everything was just really poor food presented on a square plate. If you are familiar with the area, think King Buffet.. except worse (and not a buffet). I know, I know, hard to believe. The crunchy noodles were the prepackaged Chinese noodles you get from the cafeteria on Chinese Food day, except emptied on a square plate. My entrée was seriously squares of tofu thrown into a meat sauce. I couldn't even identify what the meat was. I hesitantly ate the tofu out because I was hungry, but even the sauce was nothing special. The sushi was bleh- I got a california roll and spicy tuna roll. I've had better from Wholefoods. After 3 courses I left feeling completely unsatisfied and unimpressed. The service also sucked even though the place was empty. The waiter forgot about my table. Which kind of sucked because I wanted to leave before "Good times" played for a 4th time. All in all, this is what I have to say: YOUR SQUARE PLATES DO NOT FOOL ME! YOUR TECHNO DOES NOT DISTRACT ME! YOU DARKNESS DOES NOT BLIND ME! I think they figured, "Hm, maybe if we try and dull all their other senses, they wont realize how shitty this place is." Sorry, but no. MI've been here more than a few times. The last time I came, I was actually pleasantly surprised with the food and service. They were both good. It must have been a fluke. I want this place to be good; easy parking, relatively nice looking (although they never take down the holiday lights) and right by my house. It was back to business as usual last night. Service was poor. We asked for white rice and both of us were brought brown rice. No biggy, they did bring us white rice, with almost no hassle. The server forgot to ask my girlfriend how she wants her steak! And it came out definitely over cooked. The sesame chicken was a big swing and a miss. Relatively ok prices. Pittsburgh guy here. Really enjoyed the environment and food. We had shrimp with lobster sauce- which was notable for the large size of the shrimp and the tenderness. We also had tuna and salmon rolls which were tasty and accompanied by enough ginger. Was surprised by the plush chairs which were as comfy as they look.
