    Suckling pig

I Went to pick up goat cubes for a friend of a friend's holiday event and I knew Wild Fork had it because that's where I was sent last time. (I never ate it) but the friend thawed/cooked the meat and stated that it tasted as clean and close to home (Jamaica) as they've tasted in the U.S.. It's actually from Australia. While inside I told my dad about the suckling pigs because I've never seen such a thing prior and he said that in some parts of the south people enjoy them because of how tender they are. **Did not personally eat!! I actually like their ribeyes & I noticed a taste difference from that of the meat I buy at Publix. These taste familiar with the flavor of Omaha steaks for example. The items are a bit pricey but again the steaks seem to taste, feel, & cook well & to my liking! Only thing: Everything is frozen. They have elk, boar, kangaroo, ostrich, alligator, pigs etc. Plenty of seafood to choose from. Their biggest boast would probably be their grass fed cattle! Staff is friendly and there's a trendy vibe inside. **Never very busy Parking is tiny but usually not packed so check them out!

As a foodie I was aware of Wild Fork in South Florida and that you could order from them long before it was brick and mortar in Tampa. And the nerve of them to put one in after I sell my house and move away right in Westchase. When I'm in town, I always go back to the old hood ... it's hard not to go in and pick up lamb, goat, oxtail tomahawk steaks, king crab...you know all the meats you normally have to drive around town to get. The store brand spices such as the herb de province and lavender salt (perfect on lamb) are perfect blends for meats. There are prepared gourmet sides you can buy frozen as well. There usually aren't many people in there which I love so I have enough room and no one is looking over my shoulder wondering why I love goat meat. I've ordered items ahead of time and come in to pick up... and then I still end up browsing and buying more things! The staff is extremely helpful. Great location and plenty of parking. What more could you ask for when looking for gourmet meats?

Wild Fork is every carnivore's dream! If you're looking for variety, you found the perfect store. We have been shopping here for half a year now, and it never disappoints. It has made our carnivore diet fun. Endless cuts and varying quality steaks, seafood, poultry, the choices are seemingly endless. The highlight of Wild Fork... wagyu!!! They sell both Australian wagyu and Miyazaki wagyu. Absolutely amazing. The wagyu tomahawk is fabulous. We also enjoy the wagyu filet and New York strip. The options of steak cuts are endless. They even sell our favorite cut, hanger steak!!! Around $400 purchases us about a month worth of amazing meats. Wagyu beef, grass fed beef, kurobuta pork, duck, lamb, octopus, and kangaroo are some of our favorites. It is such a unique store, every time you go, you will find something new. Stone crab, turbot fish, whole pigs even! I could rant and rave about this store forever. We typically do not like to purchase frozen foods, but with their flash-freezing process, you really do not notice a huge difference in quality and flavor. All of their packaging alao has proper thawing instructions for each different meat. The staff is always friendly. The stores are all super clean. All of the team members are constantly cleaning. Each location we have been to has honestly been spotless. What an awesome place. We are so thankful to have found Wild Fork, especially with the way that we eat. We frequented the Tampa location originally, now it's amazing to have a location in St Pete, right next to our gym, as well. If you have not been to Wild Fork yet, you must.

WOW! Wildfork is now our new go-to for meat, prepared sides, veggies, fruit, and more! Frozen gets a bad rap, BUT Wildfork raises the bar for the freshest meat! Wildfork Flash freezes its products. This means nutrients and taste are maintained throughout the process (read the signs in my photos for details). The prices beat conventional grocers (even with the marked price including sales tax!). The ambiance is not like a typical store. It is nice to shop without crowds and long lines. The store is spotless and the service is friendly and informative. Forget having to check yourself out; Wildfork staff are ready to serve their customers. Wildfork is a WONDERFUL addition to South Tampa.

Wild Fork has been for a few weeks in South Tampa. Immediately when I walked in, I was greeted. I noticed on the walls, the signs states everything is fresh frozen. Wild Fork has all kinds of different meats and seafood. I bought the hot Italian and mild Italian sausage. Also, Wild Fork has sides as well. I got the quinoa and kale mixture. I cooked both the hot Italian sausage and quinoa and kale mixture. It was very tasty and good. Go check out Wild Fork.

I learned of this place ages ago when my dad was still around as he would shop here for certain items that most grocery stores don't carry like tripe, goat and oxtails. Now I recommend it to anyone that buys a dog from us, and they're always so grateful about the money they save and all the selections! They also sell produce and lots of other items on dry shelves. The owner Josh is very kind and has cleaned up the place a lot in the last year. All the staff is so pleasant and cheerful as well, you can tell they like working there. They cut all the chunks of meat and larger organs into small chunks for my pups so I don't have to. One of the employees Axel, even helped me out get bulk pricing by the case to save me more money - but first I'd have to get a deep freezer chest and figure out where the heck to keep it Very cute convenient little shop right off the interstate in Seminole Heights. Stop by and see the variety for yourself!!

Think chicken feet, oxtails,…read morerib bacon, etc. I didn't find that the prices were too phenomenal and the produce selection was really small. I ended up buying some bacon and leaving. It was pretty stinky in there, which is normal for a meat store. Just a heads up.

We decided to try something different since we were in Tampa and made reservations for 8:15 PM…read more When we arrived, the entrance was packed and there was no host or hostess in sight. Several couples were waiting. While standing there, we heard a woman tell another patron she did not have a reservation, yet when the manager came out to seat guests, he seated a large group and then that party of three before the rest of us who had reservations. Shortly after, he loudly announced, "Reservations first," which was confusing considering what we all had just witnessed. When we were finally seated, we were initially placed at the worst table in the room by the kitchen and bathroom but were accommodated after requesting a move. We then waited 10-15 minutes before the manager instructed Daniel to take care of us. Daniel ended up being the highlight of the evening--professional, apologetic, and attentive despite circumstances clearly outside of his control. We ordered empanadas, only to find out the flavors we wanted were sold out. Daniel brought cheesesteak, four-cheese, and shredded beef instead. The cheesesteak had decent flavor but was dry. Overall, the empanadas were very doughy and the meat lacked moisture. We then ordered the All Beef Parrillada. When it arrived, my wife checked the temperature and tasted a small piece. Immediately after, a server returned and said the dish wasn't ours and took it back. We watched her walk into the kitchen and then bring the same tray out to another table seated two tables away--who had been seated after us. That was extremely concerning. To make matters worse, we were then informed that mashed potatoes were no longer available and needed to select another side--yet the table that received the dish we had touched was served mashed potatoes. We ended up with extra rice and spinach. The spinach was oily with no noticeable garlic, salt, or seasoning. The rice was plain white rice with peas and carrots and little flavor. The steak itself, however, was well-seasoned and prepared nicely. During our visit, we also noticed another Black couple seated next us who waited at least 30 minutes without being greeted or even served water. They eventually left. Shortly after, the table was seated with white males who were greeted and attended to within 10 minutes. That observation was very difficult to ignore after talking to them. Daniel did not charge us for the empanadas, spinach, or the sangria (which he made promptly so we wouldn't experience another long wait). The sangria was very good. His professionalism and sincere attitude were the only things that salvaged the evening. Overall, the service inconsistencies, food execution, and handling of dishes--especially serving a plate that had already been touched--were disappointing and extremely concerning. We came for a different experience, but unfortunately left questioning whether we would return. 2 stars for steak taste and season and Daniel's effort.
