    Great price

Wow! First time shopping at Wild fork, they have the greatest prices, with a large selection of frozen meats and more. Cashier assisted in signing me up for the membership. Love free shipping! Very clean and quiet shopping experience.

This is by far the best place to buy meat and fish. The quality is excellent and the prices are very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The variety is awesome. I especially love their marinated meats. They also have appetizers and desserts. I am so glad that they opened up here in LBC.

I was introduced to Wild Fork from a Yelp event then returned. I love the concept and price of everything in this store. When I talk to people about it I try to explain that it's close to Costco prices without the excessive portions. They have nearly every meat and seafood, as well as sides and desserts for you to decide from. It's essentially a one stop shop when you consider their beef tallow spray, seasonings, and everything. The store is neatly organized so you can go to poultry, sausages, specific cuts of beef, seafood, etc. It's a dream. The staff are always around to help with ideas for meals if you need it as well. I had to share a favorite steak buy of mine because what a deal for two steaks

Still a great place to shop for the frozen meats (marinated & non marinated) and specify meats plus they do have spices, veggies, and desserts...of course all frozen. Great staff, friendly & happy to help you. Clean place and easy & big parking lot.

Let me start by saying this up front: Wild Forks isn't a restaurant... but if it was, I'd definitely be a regular! This place is more like the "bougie" boutique of meat markets--and I mean that in the best way possible. The store was immaculately clean, beautifully organized, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Whether you know exactly what you're looking for or just want to explore, they've got you covered. You'll find everyday essentials like premium cuts of beef, chicken, and pork, but what really makes Wild Forks stand out is their more adventurous selection: frog legs, alligator meat, rabbit, veal, quail--you name it, they probably have it. It's like a meat lover's playground. If you're looking for high-quality, specialty meats, or just want to feel a little extra while shopping for your next BBQ, Wild Forks is definitely the place.

What an incredible find - this is the meat shop of my dreams. It's well laid out with reasonable prices and am extensive selection, evening from beef, chicken, pork, fish, and shellfish to things like alligator and ostrich. I was given plenty of space and time to shop, with gentle occasional check-ins from the staff. I bought a lobe of foie gras and couldn't believe it was $10. It was my first time cooking it but at that price, I was less terrified about messing it up. It turned out incredible. Wild Fork is easy to get to by bus which means it will be my first stop for meats from now on. Next up, the picanha!

First time here. I've been meaning to stop by but haven't had the chance. Came here today and was surprise at the selection and prices and how more affordable they are. Clean and well organized with big signs and prices. That's appreciated. Friendly staff. Great selection of hard to find meats. Just what we needed in Long Beach.

    Ken C.

Wild Fork, located in Long Beach, is a pretty new addition to 2nd street and Studebaker. Prices are reasonable and they have so many options for exotic meats like elk and bison, offals (organ meat), premium steak cuts (picanha, wagyu cuts, skirt steak), marinated meats, and seafood. Their meat is blast frozen after being butchered and they're stored in freezers. I think this is a pro and it's a con. The pro is that you get access to a wide variety of proteins that are preserved at peak flavor and at a reasonable price. The con is the inconvenience of having to defrost whatever you buy here for 24+ hours (if you let it defrost in the fridge). Nevertheless, I was pretty happy with being able to get a pound of picanha, 2.5lbs of chicken thighs, 2lbs of tilapia, 1lb marinated ground chicken, sticky toffee pudding, and marinated beef for tacos for ~$35. I definitely would not be able to get that type of value at Ralphs. And, if I went to costco, then I would have gotten the same type of value, but I would have spent $150 for 5x the portion size. I definitely think that Wild Fork is a meat market that I can work into my rotation!

    Yvette M.

I was curious about Wild Fork and found that they carry a variety of blast frozen meat and seafood, including meat and seafood that's hard to find at your everyday grocery store. You'll also find frozen vegetables, burger buns, dessert, sides, and spices. Overall, prices are comparable. I shop at Wild Fork for their wild caught seafood and have tried Sockeye Salmon, Chilean Sea Bass fish, Snapper, and Tuna. The Chilean Sea Bass was absolutely delicious. I have also tried their Bison and veggie bean burgers which were pretty good as well. In general, I'm more interested in buying organic, hormone and antibiotic free meats. Unfortunately, in the way of chicken this is not offered. Overall, great service and worth a visit if you're in the area. This location is conveniently located near Trader Joe's.

9/6 One year anniversary bbq bash! Lots of great samples! We come whenever I have freezer space. The cheese rolls are amazing and gluten free for the friends that need to be careful about that sort of thing. Really love the calabreza sausage and the picanha is great in the smoker! If you're looking for meat or specialty meat like alligator, this is the place!

    Alek H.

I love the staff at this spot. The selection of product here is wild. I was looking for ground beef and I stumbled onto ground elk, buffalo, lamb, bison, and then some. Everything is always delicious, great quality and vacuum packed.

When I was choosing my fish from their ice buckets, I thought they looked a little extra slimy but against my better judgment just gave it a shot anyway. It would definitely have made sense if you simply asked the party of 12 if you needed to split the bill. Aside from an uncomfortable start the food was pretty good..for 6 of us. The other half of our group was sitting with no food while the other half was finished with their meals. I had the Baja tacos, garlic bread, and a margarita. The tacos and garlic bread were yummy and a great price. We were expecting higher menu prices. But half our family wasn't served until I only had one slice of garlic bread left! My husband was looking for our server and I hadn't even noticed they were sitting there sad and hungry. So horrible to leave half a group empty handed for so long. At the end of the meal I asked Dusty if he wouldn't mind taking a group photo. Our family was seeing each other first time in 20 years. It was special. Dusty said he would but when I passed him my phone he ignored it and busied himself with collecting our money. Then left. Never returned. We sat for 15-20 minutes waiting for him to return but nope.so we left. He never even offered dessert. And I would've said Yasssss! It was so weird. That said, the Japanese yam didn't look very fresh this time, so I ended up skipping it and buying it at H Mart instead, even though it was a bit more expensive. Some items were priced about the same as H Mart, like napa cabbage ($0.99/lb), onions ($0.39/lb), and bean sprouts ($0.99 per pack).
