The company never responded to me, yet when I contested the charge with my credit card company, One of a Kind spoke to them to dismiss my claim (without any proof of delivery). $50 down the drain. I don't know why this business is rated so highly. Take a look at the other reviews, and you'll see that my experience isn't unique.

When my friend sent me a picture of what she got, I was completely shocked! It didn't even resemble what I ordered. They used red roses and some pale pink that looked more white and a tiny bit of purple. It was mostly greenery and even if I hadn't specifically wanted a certain look, I would have thought it was poorly arranged. I don't know how someone could look at what I wanted and arrange this and actually delivery it. They should be ashamed of themselves! If they did not have the flowers to make this arrangement they should not have made it or have contacted me to let me know. I immediately contacted the customer service from the original company and they offered a partial refund or to resend it. I didn't trust that Phoenix Flowers would do anything better the second time around. Honestly, I think that pathetic bouquet should have been fully refunded. I am so embarrassed by what was sent.
