Pulled in had a coupon for a Free Car Wash with no strings attached and they honored it even though we are just passing thru. The service was great, the vacuum worked well, the free paper towels and bottles of window cleaner are a nice extra, also they have cloth towels you can use for tough bird poop or whatever and just drop them in the dirty towel bin. I liked it more when it was Branson Wash Co. 1. They took away the brush at the beginning of the wash. I have an suv and the top part of the back window doesn't get cleaned with just the wash. It was nice when they would brush the whole back window before it went through. 2. No high pressure hose at the beginning of the wash. They used to spray down your tires during the winter when there would be salt buildup from the roads. It was a nice feature that's no longer there. 3. Nobody at the end to wipe down the car so my windows and mirrors are always spotty after leaving. All this is gone and the price is the same, I'll be cancelling soon. read more

paid for the $20 package didn't get my vehicle when I went back to complain to them the supposedly supervisor on shift said there's nothing they could do about it and it was because our car was disgusting and then he continues to threaten to slap me refuse to give me his fucking name so I can report them to you to your owner. This is bull crap piece of shit car wash would never recommend ever again will not be back. I will never be back. read more

I went in to get a car wash at Wild Blue, I got the $15 dollar one. When I got out, my car wasn't clean. I asked the outside clerk if this is as good as it gets? She says I needed to get the $20 wash to get the bugs off. She comped me another wash, the $20 wash she said, and after a second carwash my car still wasn't clean. Ridiculous. They washed my car TWICE, and I still had grime and bugs on my vehicle. $35 worth of carwashes, it should have looked awesome. It didn't. I'll take the time to wash it at home. VERY disappointed. We've used this car wash several times and have never had a problem...until last week. We paid our money, pulled in as guided by the employee standing inside the tunnel and shifted into Neutral as required. Right away I noticed the care behind me was very close. When we got to the end for the car to dry, the conveyor belt quit moving us along and the exit light was yellow. We felt a tap - we got hit by the car behind us! We shifted into drive and pulled out before more cars piled up. The man behind me assured me it wasn't his fault that he kept it in neutral, too. I had scratches on the rear bumper that were fresh! We looked for an employee and they took my contact info and said I'd be contacted by management in 3 days. Nobody called. On day 4, I drove there. The same employee (a nice guy by the way) said I'll call and ask them. He came back and sheepishly informed me that they had reviewed the tapes and it was my fault; I had either put my car in Park or put my foot on brake at the end! What? I'm no moron and use automatic car washes 3 times per month and KNOW what I'm doing. That they would blame me and not take responsibility is shameful. Later, I was contacted by someone else who said the same thing had happened to them. This business could've done the right thing and turned it in to their insurance. I'll never go back. read more
