I ordered from Car Accessory Plus a set of car mats for a 2018 Jeep Renegade (£47,42), it said…read morethat the rubber floor mats fit models from 2014 to present.    When I received the items, the passenger's seat mats did not have the fastening holes that were instead present on the driver's side. Using them in my car would be annoying because in absence of the holes the mat would not sit flat but stay raised from the footwell. As a consequence, I had to ship the wrong set back and pay £12,40, and in order to get the right version I had to pay a difference of £ 22,57, for a total amount of £34,97.  Since Car Accessory Plus already had in stock the right model for my vehicle, i.e. the one having the fastening holes on both sides, their website description was inaccurate.  But I had to bear the consequences for this inaccuracy. I think that other sellers would have shipped the right model without charging any difference in price, because this was not my mistake or negligence.

They lied to me and told me they handled and had in stock a certain special Goldfren style brake…read morepad to fit my vintage Honda CB750.. When I ordered them they sent me out the entirely wrong brake pads.. Then they then lied to me again and told me the original pads ordered were discontinued by the manufacturer so I had to use the sub they sent me in place of the original.. (which didn't fit properly) So I called direct to the manufacturer and they told me a whole different story.. They said they were only coming off a short temporary backorder and they special ordered me up 2 sets and shipped me out the correct pads direct.. Bottom line is this company lied to me twice.. I won't ever buy anything or do business with a company that lies to me and I hope you don't either.. "If they lie to a customer once, they'll probably lie to you twice.." I contacted them and they would not take it back or refund my money. You have only 7 days to return anything or they will claim you have broken the terms and conditions. I have the engine in exactly the same condition that it was supplied and I will have to start legal action to get my money back. Avoid this company.

As above - VERY dishonest and difficult company.
