A few months ago i needed a new exhaust and they bit everyone elses price by over £20 and fitted it instantly for me after i rang up for a quote. They are happy to give a quote if you just pull up which is ahndy as no need to book appointments like other places. Plus with them being right in the town centre is handy and gives you something to do whislt they work on it. For any repairs or parts would definately recommend.

Using them in my car would be annoying because in absence of the holes the mat would not sit flat but stay raised from the footwell. As a consequence, I had to ship the wrong set back and pay £12,40, and in order to get the right version I had to pay a difference of £ 22,57, for a total amount of £34,97.  Since Car Accessory Plus already had in stock the right model for my vehicle, i.e. the one having the fastening holes on both sides, their website description was inaccurate.  But I had to bear the consequences for this inaccuracy. I think that other sellers would have shipped the right model without charging any difference in price, because this was not my mistake or negligence.

I contacted them and they would not take it back or refund my money. You have only 7 days to return anything or they will claim you have broken the terms and conditions. I have the engine in exactly the same condition that it was supplied and I will have to start legal action to get my money back. Avoid this company.

They are trying to imply that it wasn't damaged when it left them as in the above case. My only avenue it seems to get my money back is through legal action. Out of interest their ebay feedback also shows similar instances! I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE ANYBODY TO HAVE NO DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

On confronting the owner he said I've done wheel bearing but other needs doing (alarm bells start ringing a garage that makes work to earn more money) the owner wasn't interested in fixing my car but for more money which I refused and then he told me to get out of the shop and not come back . I have spoken to 4 other garages who have today told me I have been RIPPED off as a bearing costs maximum £100 fitted so more money ive wasted all customers BEWARE that the service you pay for is the service you get because I certainly didn't will never use these again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone stay well clear of these they will soon be on the tv as rogue traders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
