I ordered from Car Accessory Plus a set of car mats for a 2018 Jeep Renegade (£47,42), it said that the rubber floor mats fit models from 2014 to present.
When I received the items, the passenger's seat mats did not have the fastening holes that were instead present on the driver's side. Using them in my car would be annoying because in absence of the holes the mat would not sit flat but stay raised from the footwell.
As a consequence, I had to ship the wrong set back and pay £12,40, and in order to get the right version I had to pay a difference of £ 22,57, for a total amount of £34,97.
Since Car Accessory Plus already had in stock the right model for my vehicle, i.e. the one having the fastening holes on both sides, their website description was inaccurate.
But I had to bear the consequences for this inaccuracy. I think that other sellers would have shipped the right model without charging any difference in price, because this was not my mistake or negligence. read more
