SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I contacted LKPerformance as they advertised as being able to supply a clutch for my car when no1 else could, i spoke to a guy who seemed very helpful at the time who assured me they HAD the said clutch instock in their warehouse and would get it transfered to the store so it could be checked before sending it out for next day delivery! 4 Days passed with no sign of my clutch so i called to try and get a tracking number, after being told the guy who deals with tracking information was out or busy several times i finally got told it hadnt been sent as they didnt have it and couldnt get it (baring in mind i was told it was in the hand of the first guy, cause he took measurements of it for me to confirm it was def the correct one) at that point i asked for a refund, and was told it would be done the next day as the guy who deals with refunds had left for the day! 2days passed with no sign of refund in my account so i called AGAIN to chase what was going on, was told the refund guy was out at the moment but it had def been done and would take 3 days to show in my account! I waited for the 3 days to pass and shock horror NO REFUND!! Called AGAIN and for some reason the refund guy was unavailable and to call the next day! This has now been going on for 2weeks and i STILL havent got my money back! Ive even tried complaining via email and have had no response! My advice to people is, unless you physically go into their store and have what you need in your hand, DO NOT give them your money as they lie through their teeth and in my opinion shouldnt be allowed to trade!! Terrible customer service, the worst I've ever experienced. The wrong parts were sent to me which I returned. I had to argue the case of who was going to pay the postage seeing as the wrong parts were sent, eventually they agreed to pay. After a few days I called to see if they had received the return but was told they would check and call me back, they didn't call. Called them the next day and I was asked to check myself if they had received them by checking the tracking number. I did this and they had received them. After calling them back and telling them they had signed and received them a week ago I was told the person who deals with returns has been in a meeting all day and he would call me back the next day to confirm they had received my return. They didn't call so I called them back to be told the returns guy is now out of the country and would not be returning for a week! They asked for the tracking numbers so they could check and then told me the royal mail website was down, I checked and it wasn't! I sent them screen shoots of the website to show they had received them and only then did they agree to refund. This has got to be the worst Internet supplier I have ever used in my life, wrong items supplied, charged and then a long battle for a refund. Do not use this company. read more

Damaged the wheel and tyre on my Audi A4 Cab in a pothole, ordered a replacement wheel and tyre from LK Performance with a guarnteed next day delivery. Well a week later and i still haven't received my wheel. Despite being assured it will be delivered I have spent 3 days sitting in waiting for it and still no wheel or tyre. I have been given a string of excuses and after there failure to deliver on time I have now been told to contact the courier to find out if I will get me delivery tomorrow morning. The customers services is appalling the after care sales is non existent. They had no problem with promptly debiting my account but massive failure to deliver the goods. I would never use them again and would rather pay the full price of a wheel and tyre to Audi as the money I should have saved has been lost on the fact that I haven't been able to go into work, the continous phone calls i have had to make and the stress it has caused. A very extremely unsatisfied customer. Please take heed to my experience and if you find yourselves ordering from them insist on COD. Oh yeah on a number of occassions I requested to speak to the manager and got fobbed off it is only this evening after insisting I was finally put through. read more

Ordered a TRS harness with HANS only from LK Performance. Was sent one completely different. Would not send the correct HANS shoulder harness. They charged me an additional £80 to send the correct one and wanted me to pay for return shipping on the wrong one. The new one was promised in time for my race 10 days from the order date. No new harness showed up. It took weeks to get my refund and then did not receive the full refund for the difference between the one I ordered and paid for and the wrong one sent. read more
