The first time was already a little questionable, but we decided to give them another chance because my father-in-law has taken his dog there for years and always seemed happy with them. I also thought it was interesting that when I called for an appointment, I was pushed out FOUR WEEKS, while my father-in-law called later and got in the very next day. Apparently his dog is on the VIP grooming list while mine was scheduled for extreme makeover: canine edition. Now, I completely understand that sometimes dogs need shorter cuts depending on coat condition, mats, weather, etc. But there's a difference between "short" and "I can suddenly see my dog's entire skeleton structure." My poor Cocker Spaniel is now standing around the house looking confused and drafty. We truly tried to give this place a fair second chance, but after this experience, we definitely won't be returning.

The staff does an incredible job caring for and watching over our dogs--they truly take pride in what they do. We've tried other doggie daycares in the past, and this one has been by far the best. Our pups are naturally very nervous and not big fans of people, but the team here has consistently gone above and beyond to build trust with them. Because of that patience and care, our dogs now look forward to their camp days, and we love being able to see them playing on the cameras.
