The first time was already a little questionable, but we decided to give them another chance because my father-in-law has taken his dog there for years and always seemed happy with them. I also thought it was interesting that when I called for an appointment, I was pushed out FOUR WEEKS, while my father-in-law called later and got in the very next day. Apparently his dog is on the VIP grooming list while mine was scheduled for extreme makeover: canine edition. Now, I completely understand that sometimes dogs need shorter cuts depending on coat condition, mats, weather, etc. But there's a difference between "short" and "I can suddenly see my dog's entire skeleton structure." My poor Cocker Spaniel is now standing around the house looking confused and drafty. We truly tried to give this place a fair second chance, but after this experience, we definitely won't be returning.
