The facility is clean and lots of happy dogs can be heard barking in the play area. The staff is great. I have also had my dog groomed at Unleashed and been very happy with the results. Great place to board and highly recommended among the locals. I'll be back!!!

They arranged for a tour on my return for pickup and the place is not huge but ample sized. Very clean. I commented that they had gravel for the dogs, as opposed to grass or turf and they explained how the turf harbors bacteria and is very difficult to keep clean. I will probably use them for boarding in the near future. Liked this place better than other offerings in the area.

Pet owners beware. This place killed my dog because of their arrogance and negligence. I took my…read morelittle pom there because she was having episodes of fainting. I inquired about doing a chest x-ray to check her heart and they said it was not necessary. Not too long after that I had to drive her to an emergency vet on the weekend in St. George and they did a chest x-ray, and her heart was so enlarged that it was pushing her esophagus and anatomy sideways. The doctor in St. George was appalled by the lack of care that my pom had received at VVVH. I had to put her down shortly after that. I called them and told them what had happened and they took zero responsibility for their lack of actions. I even provided her x-rays to them and I got nothing. They fired me as a patient. This place is run with such arrogance and like a dictatorship. They think they can do whatever they want because of the lack of vet services in this town. I would never take my pet to them!

He was left with an uneven cut, had a visible cut on his nose, and came back clearly stressed and uncomfortable. To make things worse, he was so traumatized that I woke up the next morning to him pooping blood -- likely from the stress. That's when I knew this wasn't just a bad grooming -- it affected his health. Instead of taking responsibility, the groomer tried to blame me and even accused me of neglect, which is not only offensive but completely false. My dog is deeply loved and well cared for -- and I would never allow him to be treated like that again. I would never recommend this place to anyone who truly cares about their pet's well-being.
