My dog loves going there. She's always very happy with a wagging tail when we arrive. They are excellent groomers as well but pricey.

Arrived before closing to ouch up my dog, as scheduled, and they are closed and worn answer the phone. We live far away. Huge inconvenience.

The staff does an incredible job caring for and watching over our dogs--they truly take pride in what they do. We've tried other doggie daycares in the past, and this one has been by far the best. Our pups are naturally very nervous and not big fans of people, but the team here has consistently gone above and beyond to build trust with them. Because of that patience and care, our dogs now look forward to their camp days, and we love being able to see them playing on the cameras. I feel completely comfortable recommending this place as a safe and caring environment for your pup. I know how difficult it can be to leave your babies in someone else's care, and this team truly puts our minds at ease. We genuinely enjoy this place and will continue to use their services.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Camp Bow Wow. I dropped off my two dogs around…read more10 AM for their first official day of camp. I completely understand that they were nervous in a new environment, but throughout the day, I repeatedly saw them sitting in the corner alone on the camera. I also never saw them drink water or go outside. Around 4:30 PM, I called to check on them and was told they had not had any water or used the restroom. I was then told they would try giving them water from a bottle, which left me wondering why that wasn't addressed earlier, especially after nearly seven hours. I left work immediately and came in because I simply wanted to see my dogs and make sure they were okay. While I understand I was frustrated, I was disappointed that my concerns felt secondary to explaining the situation and collecting payment. I was looking for accountability and reassurance, not excuses. I truly feel my dogs had a very stressful experience, and unfortunately, I will not be returning. This isn't about the $73. I would gladly pay for quality care. It's about feeling like I paid $73 for my dogs to spend the day frightened, isolated, and without adequate attention to their basic needs. I genuinely wish the situation had been handled differently.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible place, with the new owners. I boarded my dog there…read morefrom Aug 21. & picked him up Sept 3. I noticed that he had gotten thin and was not his usually self. On Sept. 5th I had to take him to the vet. He weighed 13 lbs (on 8/6/25 he was at vet and he weighed 14.8 lbs which was always his normal weight give a few ounces). He also had fever of 103, and bloody soft stool and very lethargic. The next day I called kennel and told them what happened, I was told the owner would get back to me. No call from the owner, so I called again the next day. Same response. On Monday. 9/8 I called the previous owner, he told me that he would have the new owner contact me. The new owner Mckelle gave me a call that night. She told me after 2 hours they pick up the wet food (cans). Whether its eaten or not. My dog has always been a grazer (he eats when he wants too). Mckelle also told me that she would call me back the next day after checking the feeding logs. I never got another call. Basically they starved my poor boy and the damage to his system was irreversible. I had to put him to sleep on 9/9/25. My beautiful boy is gone because of them!!!! Avoid this place!!!!
