I had a really awful experience at this store. I came in to purchase extensions, and before I…read morebought them I specifically asked what the return policy was. The employee told me in order to return the extensions "they must be in good condition" in order to get store credit/exchange. They were way too thin for my hair so I came right back to the store an hour later and they told me I couldn't return them because I opened the package.... then they proceeded to tell me the return policy is that the package must be unopened. "Unopened" and in "good condition" are TWO ENTIRELY different things. I have never purchased extensions before, I specifically voiced my concerns that they might be too thin and wanted to know what the return policy was. I would not have even purchased them if I knew I couldn't open the package. The manager only offered to give me a discount if I bought more extensions and refused to give me store credit. This is really unfair and borderline deceptive trade practices. I would be very cautious about what you buy and be very clear about what the return/exchange policy is before you spend any money here!!!!!!!!!

She works pure magic every time I see her, whether it is coloring, or a change in style. She LISTENS so well, and I have never been disappointed with her work! Anyone can hold a pair of scissors - Stephanie is a serious hair artist! Another thing I love about Stephanie is that she is so big on education! I've learned tons from her about keeping my hair healthy, and what works for my curls! She also did my hair and airbrush makeup for my wedding.
