Finally found a black beauty supply store in Lubbock that has nice employees that'll help you…read morefigure out what you need....after four years. This location just opened about 4 months ago and they have a wide selection of all hair products/extensions. Everything is neat and organized and the workers are friendly and informative. Will definitely be going back.

I had a really awful experience at this store. I came in to purchase extensions, and before I…read morebought them I specifically asked what the return policy was. The employee told me in order to return the extensions "they must be in good condition" in order to get store credit/exchange. They were way too thin for my hair so I came right back to the store an hour later and they told me I couldn't return them because I opened the package.... then they proceeded to tell me the return policy is that the package must be unopened. "Unopened" and in "good condition" are TWO ENTIRELY different things. I have never purchased extensions before, I specifically voiced my concerns that they might be too thin and wanted to know what the return policy was. I would not have even purchased them if I knew I couldn't open the package. The manager only offered to give me a discount if I bought more extensions and refused to give me store credit. This is really unfair and borderline deceptive trade practices. I would be very cautious about what you buy and be very clear about what the return/exchange policy is before you spend any money here!!!!!!!!!

Can we just talk about the CURLY HAIR WIZARD for a second?…read more Stephanie M has been doing my hair since I moved to Lubbock in 2013, and there is no one else I trust more with my hair. She works pure magic every time I see her, whether it is coloring, or a change in style. She LISTENS so well, and I have never been disappointed with her work! Anyone can hold a pair of scissors - Stephanie is a serious hair artist! Another thing I love about Stephanie is that she is so big on education! I've learned tons from her about keeping my hair healthy, and what works for my curls! She also did my hair and airbrush makeup for my wedding. I always get compliments on my hair, and it is all thanks to Stephanie!! If you have curly hair, I recommend Stephanie not 5 stars, but 500!

I was left on my own to pick out the dresses, hold them, find my way to the dressing room and try them on. My fiance was with me, and since there was no one to help me put the dresses on, he did. When the girl finally decided to check on us, she kicks my fiance out of the entire fitting area because he's a guy. She barges in while I'm undressed (did I mention she did not even introduce herself to us?) and barely knows how to help me into the dress. We left directly after that because this is the most unprofessional joke of a bridal salon we've ever seen. Their selection is horrible, too. If you're looking for terrible customer service and a wedding dress that looks like a 15 year old's junior prom dress, by all means check this place out. But don't even consider bringing a male because they are not allowed!
