This is a great place to get a haircut and I have definitely found my go-to place. I am always going through different salons to find "the one" and have always had a hard time trusting any salons. This is the definite one place that I trust and I love their online booking which tells you which hairstylist is the best as what service they offer. I recommend this place 10/10, you won't be disappointed! Also, Brittany was my hairstylist. I asked for blended layers that framed my face and she completely listened! I had a really awful experience at this store. I came in to purchase extensions, and before I…read morebought them I specifically asked what the return policy was. The employee told me in order to return the extensions "they must be in good condition" in order to get store credit/exchange. They were way too thin for my hair so I came right back to the store an hour later and they told me I couldn't return them because I opened the package.... then they proceeded to tell me the return policy is that the package must be unopened. "Unopened" and in "good condition" are TWO ENTIRELY different things. I have never purchased extensions before, I specifically voiced my concerns that they might be too thin and wanted to know what the return policy was. I would not have even purchased them if I knew I couldn't open the package. The manager only offered to give me a discount if I bought more extensions and refused to give me store credit. This is really unfair and borderline deceptive trade practices. I would be very cautious about what you buy and be very clear about what the return/exchange policy is before you spend any money here!!!!!!!!!
