However, the final result looked quite different from the trial and ended up feeling rushed and subpar, especially for such an important occasion. What was most disappointing was the response when I expressed that I wasn't happy with my hair. Instead of feeling heard, I felt that the owner became defensive rather than trying to understand my concerns or work toward a solution. As a bride, you hope to feel supported and confident on your wedding day, and unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. I do want to mention that the makeup artists were absolutely amazing. They were professional, kind, and did a beautiful job with everyone's makeup, which I truly appreciated.
