I no longer have "snake lips!" A long time ago I dated someone who felt to the need to express…read moretheir thoughts on my lips. Welp I got rid of that person and once I started making my own adult money, I decided I deserved a once in a lifetime "treat" and booked myself a session at Glow Aesthetics Med Spa to get lip filler. The process was very easy and they asked questions about my entire medical history to ensure that I would be a great candidate for lip filler. The nurses and Dr. Ashley are always amazing, listen to my concerns! Most importantly, they're honest when I ask for advice! Fortunately for me, getting lip filler was life changing! Since my first session I have received many additional services and my once in a lifetime "treat" has turned into annual, sometimes semi-annual, self-care sessions at my favorite VT med spa!

Fast forward to about 45 minutes later and Diane called me back and needless to say, I'm even more…read moreappalled and not surprised how her staff acts after talking to her. I was calm, cool and collected. Shared my feedback and asked if she was okay having her staff put their feet on countertops. She said and I quote "I've owned this salon for 33 years and I don't care". I let her know that's her prerogative and appreciated her sharing, at which point she began to yell and scream at me over the phone - I've NEVER had a business owner do that to me, ever! I asked her not to yell and she said it was because I told Jess I was going to leave reviews online. I let her know that was unacceptable and I would not be treated like that. I asked her if she would refund my money as I would no longer be utilizing her services. Mind you, I've spent thousands o Beware of how the Diane owner will treat you should you have a conflict and want to address the challenge in a mature fashion. Unfortunately, frontline retail employees come and go (it's the nature of business) but loyal customers are hard to come by. Diane, thank you for showing me your true colors and how you operate a business. The State of Vermont may do nothing, but I will share my sanitation concerns with them and request they pull camera footage to corroborate my story. I would suggest next time someone has a concern, listen, act like a lady, try to resolve the matter and like a respectful business owner would. Hailey won't be there forever (and I ultimately wish her success) but word of mouth, reviews and how you treat your customers lasts forever. Jess and Natalie, thank you both for being SO INCREDIBLY AWESOME and always taking care of me.
