The absolute worst attorney if you are going through a divorce! Hire her if you need insurance…read moremoney, I'm sure she is much better in that area. I went through a domestic divorce with zero assets tied to it, a PO violation from opposing council that continuously was violated, to being charged, to a mediation agreement I didn't want to agree to, to an affidavit that funded the opposing council to continue to prolong the divorce, to a civil lawsuit for the mediation that had stacks of evidence for them to defend and they didn't want to have any of it. I was pushed off to a paralegal that became an attorney and left in the middle of my case to being pushed off to another attorney that didn't care about it. I met Dianna ONE time, and that was my consultation. Other than that, I had to send hundreds of dollars worth of emails demanding for her to just respond because her team wasn't representing me. This was my first time ever being divorced but after wasting 15 thousand dollars on nothing with her, I would've rather represented myself. Do not hire this woman.

Friendly staff but was informed that my medical malpractice case would be a conflict of interest…read morebecause they already had a case against, James Webb and Associates! They performed a procedure on my back that wasn't necessary after 2 Tulsa radiologist said that I didn't have any spinal fractures according to my MRI and X-rays! Max Dean Law recommended I find counsel to sue him for "Medical Battery" rather than malpractice! I finally got tired of trying to find an attorney to take my case regardless of the proof I had with my MRI and X-Rays prior to Doctor James Webb. Also James Webb is not a doctor, he's a radiologist! So my opinion is not to seek medical care from "Dr. James R. Webb & Associates on 71st Street in Tulsa. I personally think he's a "Quack!" P.S. He also plays guitar several times a week in Nashville. So I think he should stick with playing his guitar in Nashville and stop fooling people into thinking that they have spinal fractures when they don't! "BEWARE OF THIS GUY!"

Working with Justin Munn was a total nightmare. I wish I would have done my homework before hiring…read morethis "attorney", but alas, I was under a time crunch and he was recommended by a friend. One year and $20,000 later, he just resigned from my case. As another person mentioned, he'll nickel and dime you for everything you're worth. Communication? Ha, good luck. He's on vacation every other week and likes to schedule calls, not speak to you when you need it. The typical phone call with Justin was less than 15 min and accomplished nothing other than padding his wallet. Talking to him without an appointment was nonexistent. Emails would take days to be answered. Honestly, I could have done everything that's been accomplished this far without him. I truly don't know what I spent $20k for when I was still having to track things down and stay on top of issues that he should have handled. He has no gumption or tenacity. If you want a lackadaisical lawyer, Justin Munn is the one.

I've never known of this man being unprofessional in any way, shape or form. I would recommend him to anyone who needed an attorney. I give him 5 's & A+ for everything he did for my son-in-law.

So unprofessional and unwilling to make a single phone call to the respondent to advocate on my behalf and help me try and settle my case. This rude, curt attorney also gave me confusing information from the initial consultation. Then tried to intimidate me in an attempt to deflect and conflate the facts regarding my request for him to call the respondent to negotiate a settlement and other related details. He is one sorry excuse for a lawyer with ZERO customer service skills or the ability to handle a sophisticated case or unwilling to do so in my case.

The following is an opinion. I encourage you to draw your own conclusion…read more Cathy & Jim are competent family law attorneys. They petitioned the court and guided us on our successful bid to obtain guardianship of our grandaughter. Thankfully, the guardianship was finalized in September. Unfortunately though, their business practices are 2nd-rate. After the initial retainers were paid, they neglected to keep us updated on the balance owed on our account. No emails, no summaries, no letters, no running balance. And then 9 months -AFTER- the court proceedings wrapped up, they filed suit against the grandparents to collect an outstanding balance owed. I was served with papers threatening suit if over $900 wasn't rendered immediately. In my opinion, this was a very shoddy business practice. Of course I paid.
