Going to pressure the parents in-law (Port Macquarie locals) to pick some more up for us. They've also just shipped some double IPA's to some bars in Sydney. For lunch we got the Pub with no beer burger with chips and sausage, peas, mash and gravy. Food was quick and good. The place was so quiet! We thought it would be busy because it was Sunday lunch but you had more tourists arriving then locals. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a lots of tables to choose from to sit, either indoor, outdoor and on the verandah/porch. The furniture on the verandah looks to be hand made with stools carved out of tree trunks! Each time I have been there, I am often caught out when the meals arrive and go to grab the cutlery and it isn't there. My dining companion loves their Surf N Turf and it is richly made, and they aren't stingy with the seafood. I have the Schnitzel when I go there because I think it is a pub classic.
