Attempted to strike up a general conversation twice throughout the process, like most people do, and he was uninterested. Even a chain haircut place I regularly go (nationwide) offers to put product in to help a cut look better at every location, without even asking. I was not offered anything. Advice to help, update your website or take it down altogether. That is where people will be looking for info on the place. Stop lying to your customers about what each bundle includes if you won't provide it even after asking for it.
