I think if the handwriting wasn't clear enough to her she should've called to make sure of the spelling. Asked about getting it fixed and she said they would charge another $40.00 . So we're throwing it away and will be getting a new one somewhere else. Another example of the poor customer service we've become used to in Sierra Vista.

When I called back, they had no record at all of my call, hadn't started working on it at all, still had the incorrect insurance info, and apparently needed a copy of my sleep study (which no one told me before). I provided that and was told they would expedite my order and to call back the middle of the next week if I hadn't heard anything. When I hadn't heard anything by that time, I called back and was told that my "order was being processed." They couldn't tell me when it would be ready, which didn't help me because I was leaving town at the end of the week. So now it will be at least seven weeks from the date of the order before I receive a new machine. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
