*disclaimer, I don't review often and only for exceptionally positive service…read more Very professional service from the initial quote to installation. We wanted to install a 70 inch tv on a moveable mount in the only place it would fit (above a weird, fake fireplace that came with the house). Friends suggested going with one of those cheap $70/hour places but we wanted it done right and safe. When we found this place, it first seemed a little too fancy and I worried they wouldn't do a small job like this, but Rob was great about explaining the cost and process and everything worked out. Very happy with the end result and we can sleep comfortable knowing it won't fall on one of our pets. Highly recommend.

On the recommendation of my son, I contacted Seattle Sight and Sound for an estimate on a wall…read moremounted TV and an update to my antiquated sound system. Having just completed a remodel, I was not interested in ripping into the newly painted walls and ceiling. Steve came up with the idea of a Samsung Frame TV, using the existing long unused ceiling speakers, and adding a Sonos 5 for music streaming. Within 10 days from start to finish, the project was completed. The installers were efficient, respectful of my space, and tidy. The entire experience was very positive and I love the end result. I would highly recommend Seattle Sight and Sound.

Shortly after contacting them, Rick came out to the house, listened to my needs and then came back with a few options. The install team of Joel and Bent arrived as scheduled and did a very professional job on the installation. Given that this was an existing - 20 year plus house, there were the expected wiring challenges. The resulting solution is both slick and comprehensive.

I pretty much give 5 stars in all my reviews but regrettably, a new customer seeking alarm service…read moreshould probably look elsewhere. We were with Northwest Security and Sound for home and small business for quite a few years. The technicians were always polite and friendly (shout out to technician Joel!). Other than billing error where they thought we owed on past bills until I sent proof of payment they were fine. Then a problem developed where the alarm would not set in our small space and NSS could not figure it out. The nature of our business is such that we absolutely cannot go without an alarm set but was told by Rick to just deactivate a zone (which would be great until someone breaks in through a door of that zone). Repeated trip charges for this same, seemingly basic problem prompted me to finally ask via email (can post if necessary) if there would be a charge to come yet again for the same problem and Rick freaked out and sent a certified letter saying they are dropping us? Seriously? That's how you treat a long time customer? And out of spite, I guess, he terminated service at our home as well. All for asking if there would be yet another trip charge for the same problem. Who wouldn't ask that question? They also couldn't figure out the cause of a repeated false alarm on a smoke detector and kept charging us for trip charges, alarm replacements, keypad replacement, and even a whole new panel and still couldn't get it resolved. Very disappointing to be treated this way. So far, so good with another local company.

A few other companies sent out employees to run estimates, but Mulitmedia Circuit and Systems responded very quickly and said they could confidently do the installation on the same visit. He came out as promised and very quickly finished the work. Kirill even offered to help with a few aesthetic issues he had noticed during the installation, such as removing an exterior, unused coax cable and also filling a hole in the siding that he had noticed. Multimedia Circuit and Systems was incredibly fast in both their response and the installation, and I plan to reach out again for help with some PoE camera installations. I would highly recommend their help for network installation work!

In addition to advising on the network, he also helped future-proof it a bit by running a few extra cables and he even setup a line to pull an additional cable through a particularly difficult section of the house should we need it in the future. He setup the cable terminations with the flexibility I needed as the physical location of our switch is still a little in flux. Overall, he was great to work with and did high quality work, consistently going above and beyond my expectations.
