When I replied "no", he responded with "well, a huge delivery arrived just now." He then proceeded to send me a photo of a GORGEOUS arrangement and of the note from the Clark's House of Flowers team apologizing for our (read: my) disappointment in the first bouquet. I cannot relay how unexpected this gesture was yet how appreciative I am to them for taking the time to read my grievances and then proceed to go above and beyond to remedy the situation AND in such short-order! This is the type of care, consideration, and top-notch service that I've come to expect from this business and it is a testament to how much they care about their clientele and craft! As I stated above, my faith is fully restored and I will -without hesitation- continue to go to Clark's for all my flower needs.
