I made an appointment for a facial because my skin takes a toll during winter. If you're a first time client, you can schedule a skin analysis consultation to determine what the best treatment for you is. You can also select a personalized facial which includes a basic cleanse according to your skin type. This is the one I selected. I had not had a facial in over a decade and I forgot how relaxing they are! It was 45 minutes of pure bliss. Do yourself a favor and visit Jocelyn. She uses a steamer to open up your pores and then gets to work. It was so relaxing and the products she uses smell like fruit and something I'd eat. She mentioned they're natural products which I love since my skin is sensitive and can react to harsh chemicals. At the end, it felt like my skin was breathing. Jocelyn gave me a bunch of skin tips and said next time I can schedule a FreshGlo Facial, an ultimate deep cleanse facial focusing on nourishing the skin and targeting main concerns. Even the next day, my skin felt so soft and different from before. I'm hoping I can try the Dermapro Dermaplaining, where she uses a surgical blade to remove the topmost layer of dead skin along with peach fuzz. I've seen videos of this and it looks great! Went today with a group of girlfriends (6 of us) to spend the morning and get services. As to customer service, prior to coming (day or two before) I recieved a text message that my service is set for 2pm and to complete an intake form (which I did). When I arrived I was advised my service wasnt until 245 but everyone else in my group would be at 2. I asked why I recieved a text that my service was at 2 and they said we'll you can enjoy the lounge. I said well I am paying an extra fee to be able to use the lounge so I dont quite know how that is a response. Again I asked why was I sent a message that my service was at 2 when it isn't. They said they didn't know. I asked why I wasn't contacted to let me know I would be 45 minutes after everyone and for me to consider a different service. I was again provided no response and instead they attempted to blame the friend that book all of us (when she in fact was never told I would be delayed). I ended up going in at 2:51 (took a screenshot of my phone showing the time) as my friends were coming out and starting to hang out. They acted as if I was wrong for being a bit annoyed and offered no options or even apologies. Then when we went to check out they added in a 20% gratuity to each or our bills even though we were separate and didn't even tell 3 of the girls in our group that they did so and ended up getting way more of a tip than was reasonable even for exceptional service. The lounge is cute. But with the customer service, lack of communication, and overcharging people on a tip we will definitely not be back. Mine were my calves and ankles (I have arthritis in my ankles and physically showed her where to massage) and not only did she not massage them, she completely missed one entire leg. She also skipped an arm but it was the ankles and legs I was most concerned with. My husband's areas were his legs, lower back and hips. She barely touched his legs and hips. They spent the majority of the appointment with us on our stomachs while they worked on our shoulders and mid/upper back. Both of the ladies were very nice and professional and we tipped 20% for that and the atmosphere but it kind of felt like we were the last appointments of the day and they just wanted to be done as quickly and as easily as possible. In their defense, neither of us said anything because he thought maybe it was just his therapist and he didn't want to ruin my experience and I felt the same. After we left, he finally asked how my massage was and we realized we were both disappointed. It is a lovely place, very calming and relaxing and again, the people we dealt with were all very nice and professional.

I got my lashes done here before my wedding and within 12 hours they fell out. I was unable to get them fixed because by that time it was the day before my wedding and I didn't have the time for a 4 HOUR appointment. I asked for a refund ( it was over $100 and didn't even last 12 hours) I was met with the offer of them fixing it but again, I didn't have time for another 4 HOUR appointment as my wedding was the next day. After going back and forth with the owner Britney she asked if she could have a picture to send to the other manager and after that I never heard another word. It was very obvious they either didn't have the money to give back to me or they just didn't want to. I would like to add that I previously had lashes for 5 years but took a break and then decided to get them again. I never had a problem before going here. I was able to get into another studio to get them fixed and didnt have a problem so it was definitely not anything to do with me. I wish I had better things to say but that is not the case!!
