Having a diet coach has honestly changed my life for the better…read more Living with lymphocytic colitis isn't easy. There are days when your body feels unpredictable, when food feels like the enemy, and when energy levels can swing all over the place. Before working with my diet coach, I spent a lot of time guessing, trying different foods, reading conflicting advice, asking ChatGPT and hoping something would finally work. Working with Leila completely changed that. She helped me understand my body instead of fighting against it. We built a structured approach to eating that supports my condition, focuses on low-FODMAP principles, and prioritizes gut healing rather than just temporary fixes. Because of that guidance, I've been able to stabilize my symptoms, improve my energy, and feel far more confident about what I'm putting into my body every day. One of the biggest changes I've noticed is in the gym. By dialing in my nutrition, especially adding fruits before my workouts for clean, quick carbs, I've had better lifts, more consistent energy, and overall stronger sessions. On top of that, I'm actually hitting my diet goals consistently, which used to feel impossible but now 200 grams of protein is nothing! Leila is a cheat code, she knows all the tricks. What I appreciate most is that this wasn't just about food, it was about building a sustainable routine and learning how to listen to my body. When you're dealing with something like lymphocytic colitis, that kind of support can make all the difference. I'm genuinely grateful for the impact she's had on my health, my performance, and my life. I will be coming back to her as my body changes. The only difference is now I am happy man and can live a normal life

The in-person facility, the process, and the on-site staff were truly fantastic--especially the professional who administered the IV and the front desk staff. They were wonderful. However, the telehealth nurse consultation was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I had already completed all my basic information on the iPad, which should have made the identity check quick and simple--just like my friend's session, which took only a minute with basic questions about name, DOB, and allergies. Instead, the virtual nurse I spoke with acted as if she were a doctor, asked the exact same question over 5 times, and repeatedly pressed for details I clearly expressed hesitation to share. To make matters worse, when she noticed my uncomfortable response, she actually giggled and seemed to enjoy it. Her behavior was extremely rude, unprofessional, and frankly bizarre. It was so bad that I genuinely wondered if I was being intentionally mocked or racially discriminated against. I couldn't believe someone could act this way in a healthcare setting. Because of this specific telehealth nurse, I woke up this morning still feeling deeply upset. As long as there is a risk of being matched with her again, I will never return to this place, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

The bloating progressively worsened to the point where it was painful just to swallow a bite of food or even walk. I could hardly eat the first few days of my period! Unlike the doctors I had previously seen, Rebecca focused on identifying and addressing the root cause of my symptoms rather than masking them. Because I had a fairly delicate pregnancy and was being extra cautious, I didn't work out much during pregnancy. By the time I returned, I had taken nearly 16 months off from consistent training, and it showed. My strength, mobility, and overall fitness had regressed significantly. Anyone who has been through a postpartum journey knows how challenging it can be to start again while breastfeeding, functioning on interrupted sleep, and adjusting to a body that feels different than it once did. What impressed me most about Hideout was how well the trainers understood this. They took the time to assess where I was physically, identify my strengths and weaknesses, and guide me back one step at a time. On my first day, I was incredibly tight and hesitant. I struggled to squat and was genuinely nervous about even gently bending my knee. Four months later, I was barbell squatting 110 pounds without pain. That transformation is just one example. The improvements in my strength, mobility, range of motion, and overall fitness have been incredibly encouraging. The progress has been so rewarding that I rarely miss a session--even on the days when I'm exhausted. My coach does an exceptional job of meeting me where I am each day, modifying workouts based on my energy levels, recovery, and capabilities while still keeping me moving toward my goals. What Hideout offers is more than just workouts. They have a team of knowledgeable, educated, and highly skilled coaches who understand that every person is different. They tailor their approach to each individual's body, strengths, limitations, and goals. That level of personalization makes all the difference. It takes a lot to trust someone with your body and your health. I can unequivocally say that placing my trust in Hideout Fitness was one of the best decisions I made. I've worked with some phenomenal trainers over the years, so I don't give strong recommendations lightly. This team truly knows what they're doing, and they bring genuine passion and dedication to their work. Your success feels like their success, and that's a rare quality to find. I wholeheartedly recommend Hideout Fitness to anyone looking to make meaningful progress on their fitness journey. Whether you're returning after a long break, navigating postpartum recovery, or simply trying to become stronger and healthier, you're in excellent hands.

I'm a woman in my early thirties. I started working out more than three years ago and was on a strict diet. I did everything I could to be healthy, but the scale still showed 220 pounds. After almost two years, I managed to lose 30 pounds and was feeling pretty happy. But then, I started to feel stagnant. I lost a few pounds here and there, but that was about it. I was disappointed with myself and felt bad about my self-esteem. So, I decided to look into surgery options. But I must admit, I was scared. I had seen videos on social media and wasn't sure if that was the right decision for me. I looked into other options, including weight loss shots. I had heard about them, but I thought that they weren't for me when they started gaining popularity a few years ago. But now, they seemed like a better option than surgery. I researched the GLP-1 and was pretty sure that I would give them a try. When I was ready, I wanted to a clinic that I could trust and that could help me achieve my weight loss goals. I searched Yelp for "clinics to lose weight" and found some near to me. I read the reviews and, when you look at a place that everyone says is good, you can't help but be skeptical. That's why I like to read the negative reviews too. (I work in customer service, and I know that unhappy customers tend to discredit good places.) I decided to give this clinic a try with Lindsay. That was three months ago, and I still remember how nervous I was that day. But the staff was so nice and professional with me. Lindsay recommended me tirzepatide, and now I'm a completely different person. (I shouldn't tell you my weight, but it's now 159 pounds.) I know I've lost more than 30 pounds in just three months. But let me tell you, this isn't magic. You have to put in a lot of work for yourself. Take care of yourself, go to the gym (but you don't have to live at the gym), drink a lot of water, and eat healthy. (You know just follow the rules) Lindsay and the staff aren't your mom. Their job is to help you reach your goal. I want to thank Lindsay and the staff for their help. I highly recommend them. (I'll leave some pictures for everyone to see.)
