Steve spent quite a bit of time listening to my concerns of finding a mobile scooter suitable for me. He explaind the different features of different scooters and we settled on the one I had in mind. I rode it around inside the store and also outside and into the parking lot, all the time Steve ran interferance for me. It was delivered a few days later by Rob and James who made sure the threshold ramp fit in front of my patio door, and that it fit the width of my door easily.
