They showed me they filled the oil and the washer fluid. Cool, me or my Dad could do that. I go into the car and not one single thing was cleaned. Everything in the same place. Like not even the simplest vacuuming. My mother calls to complain because I payed for detailing. They say, oh yeh..I saw him clean out the inside. Granted not one thing was touched. They say bring it back..we will detail it. I went back AGAIN. They did whatever they claim to do. 100% the same. Not ONE thing was cleaned. Not the dash, center console, no vacuuming, no wiping, every single thing was in the exact same place...not ONE single thing was done to detail it ! I was incredibly nice. I will NEVER go back. I called this company and they responded quickly (within 15 minutes) with a can of gas. The service man knew where a special funnel was located, in my spare tire compartment, and used it to put gas in my tank. I would have had no idea how to do it. He's probably working on something. When I called he actually came across the street with his machine to read the error code then asked if I could drive over to his shop and he'd do a deeper diagnostic on it. Not sure what he did but after an hour he had it fixed. When I asked what I owed he said nothing. I'm just glad I was able to get you back on the road. What an amazing experience. God was truly watching over me.

When we arrived to the car the next morning; since the insurnace company hadn't filed an insurance claim yet, so we had to wait until the next morning. The items were no longer in the car. A solid week of trying to get answers from Crawford's with no response, we heard back and were told that someone had probably jumped the fence andd they are not responsible. However their outside yard has razor wire along the top of the fencing. Kinda odd how things just vanish from their yard.
