When I contacted the store, I was instructed to reach out to customer service and open a ticket, which I did. I even sent photos of the product, only to be told to go back to the store. This back-and-forth feels like nothing but a runaround. The product was supposed to be 29% but looks and smells like low-grade flower--straight trash. It's frustrating because dispensaries like Trulieve and others put their customers first, listen to concerns, and make things right. Unfortunately, this branch does not reflect that same standard. I strongly recommend better training and education for your staff to prevent situations like this in the future.
