Wholesome Co is my favorite pharmacy! I live in SLC and regularly take the time to drive to Bountiful. They have a wide variety of items to choose from, and you can order in the store or online. I once had an item not work upon arriving home, and I called them about the issue. The employee was so kind and told me how to resolve the issue on their website. It was a breeze!! The employees are all kind and efficient, seemingly putting the customer first for quality care. The type of care received here is wonderful! Not the 1st issue I've had here, but probably the last - unless I can't get a strain elsewhere. They're often the cheapest by a few dollars - beginning to see why. Besides visits being more like the DMV or social security office than a fun / chill Dispensary. I've met more unpleasant staff here than their competitors. Lighten up! I'm here to buy weed, not get the feel I'm in a police station. I don't live across the street. It's inconvenient to drive all the way here. So surprise Issues like "oh, that's not in your order because it's no longer in stock" or new, but leaking droplet bottle - that W.co wouldn't refund - so I had to go directly to the manufacturer for a replacement. You're not losing money by replacing broken returns. Delivery nonsense. Today's was "we need to see your physical card." Your app already had me sign in AND verified my card. Your website already connected to EVS DHHS and verified me, how else would I get deliveries? Or be able to complete an order? Your webpage said: "you're all set! Available to pickup." "We need to see your physical card that your pharmacy gave you." Here's my digital copy. This isn't 1997. Pharmacists are giving physical cards. "I need to see your physical card." Aggravating. I've only really choose wholesome when it comes to dispensaries the staff is super cool, & nice to talk to they can help you & sometimes be their pretty damn quick, but they made so many changes it's quickly becoming a huge hassle to buy flower. THE BAD , my biggest problem with them is them closing shop at 7pm & being drive through only it sounds awesome on paper. You have to make a preorder to go through the drive through if you show up without an a preorder they will deny you of any sales & ask you to make a preorder . problem is if you show up at 8 an hour before they close you most likely can't get your product till tomorrow, it sounds incredibly easy to make a pre order but the amount of times I've came in & been denied my bud because their closing or cause the order didn't go through which has happened to me a couple of times I'd imagine it's a bug in the browser or app. otherwise the only option to get your flower is the next day in the morning, or any times that they have free for you & to me it's really not fun especially when your in my position where I can't drive at the moment. delivery's would solve that but they stop delivering by 5pm if your trying to get it delivered next day lol. I have not seen a day where they do it later although you can get delivery's passed 8pm if you schedule 2 days ahead & you physically need to be there obviously for security reasons for the delivery understandable. For me though specifically, it's incredibly inconvenient ‍ being a dad who works a ton, just me though I see other reviews claiming it's convenient, they do short you on the product by a little nothing insane, but don't expect .00 on the dot YOU WILL be shorted. THE GOOD But what I love about them They do have the best deals & their flower is the only flower I buy, never had issues with it whatsoever they have the best indoor & outdoor & I would say if your looking for really pretty flower that smokes really well wholesome it's just the easiest pick in there no in between they fs got it on lock. no popcorn no dry flower, but the drive through the pre orders & having to use the app for everything if it's passed 7 is an absolute pain, only dispensary in Utah that does this that I know of, I've never had problems shopping at dragonfly or beehive or BLOCC, never which is insane to me because , but I still only shop & choose wholesome cause their really nearby there's literally no other reason to shop at other spots but I do recommend it if it's passed 7pm please make the extra drive to whatever dispensary you find, you will be happier with the experience as I was today it sounds really bad but I'm not waiting till tomorrow at 6:30pm cause everyone took the earlier times, just gonna go get it somewhere where I'm able to sorry not sorry I love wholesome! I can't say enough good things about Wholesome Co. I've been using them since I got my card, about four years ago. I use their delivery service all the time and am thrilled with it. Their drivers are always very pleasant and on time. If there's ever an issue with my medical card or credit card, they stay with you until they can help you solve the problem. When I placed my order I selected to tip and use some of my rewards but for whatever reason it didn't actually do either when I completed it. I contacted support and they were unable or unwilling to help me and they weren't nice about it. I then received my order with a broken seal and a half gram missing. I contacted support hoping that they would come and get the "defective product" and give me a replacement. They instead gave me a $10 account credit. An account credit that I used to tip the driver that brought my replacement that I had to order. Not a good experience. read more

I have never been able to order anything from this dispensary because it is way overpriced! There are plenty of things I would like to order and try, but the prices are so outrageously high that I am not able to purchase from this dispensary. If I could give it a 0 star I would. I'll never ever use them again I rather just deal with my pain. I've used my digital license which I signed up for at the DMV, plenty of times. All of a sudden this damn delivery driver wanted to go above and beyond and not accept my digital copy. We called and they said the same dumb crap. So why did it work before and why didn't they notify me that they will no longer accept these. So now I'm in pain thanks to these a holes. I really hope this place goes out of business. read more

In 2023-2024, they stopped giving senior discounts and they pepper your inbox with very insignificant "specials" on products I don't buy. I just received my last medicine with zero discounts. I was extremely hesitant to leave feedback related to a controversial topic/product. But I think it is critical that those of us who must rely on help outside of more widely accepted treatments should speak up. I am not young anymore and I suffer from chronic, intense pain that has been unresolved by traditional treatments or remedies. My doctors and neurologists and chiropractors and counselors have tried everything. They say that there is nothing else they can do for me except for pain management medications. Those at least allow me to function somewhat. But they have horrendous side effects and the need for ever increasing dose levels. My doctor says that it is unlikely that these traditional medications will continue to be effective over time. So I am thankful and humbly grateful for being put in contact with a medical doctor that can prescribe cannabis and a pharmacist at Wholesome Pharmacy to assist me. These are legal medications that do not require that I inhale any smoke in order to benefit from their pain relieving and sleep enhancing properties. They are used for so many things and they help our cancer patients as well as many others. Wholesome Pharmacy delivers to me directly in an unmarked car. My privacy is probably over with now that I am posting this on Yelp but this company is helping me get my life back. The staff and drivers are friendly, polite, and so knowledgeable! My doctor and the Wholesome pharmacist really care about me. I am glad I conquered my fears about this and learned more about this and found an answer that truly helps me. This is a medical state, I can go to rec state and pay at least half of the price and usually less than what I pay here for medical. There is no competition in utah, home grown is gone, the growers have no incentive to shoot for quality so you wont get that here in utah. This place use to be the top notch shop to go to for me. I would drive from north Ogden to onto this spot and pick up regularly. However! Things have dramatically shifted to where anytime I walk into the shop if feels toxic. Like "get your s#%t and leave" I walk into the back to see my selections. As soon as I'm step through the door I get a loud and direct "ID AND MEDICAL CARD PLEASE!" ... wtf!! What such a lack of care for your patients. I'm still 15 feet from the counter.
