Waits exceeding 15 or 20 minutes can leave your patients feeling frustrated and forgotten." - literally at every dental place. The wait should not exceed no more than 15-20 minutes. I have been waiting for 30 minutes. This was the longest dental exam I've ever had in my life. On top of the anxiety I was experiencing waiting and sitting here. If they were busy, and overbooked. They should have rescheduled. They called plenty of times days before my exam to remind me of my appointment only for me to be waiting and sitting here. Usually I don't mind the wait , but waiting 30+ minutes after check in. And then 30 mins after the "x-ray" exam.. the dental assistant didn't even tell me a time when someone was coming and here I am just waiting and waiting. At this point, I just want to walk out but I already paid. Smart move- make them pay beforehand so they have to wait for service to be done. When I was getting my x-rays done, gosh that was painful - shoving it in my mouth and not being gentle. I felt the soreness after in my mouth. I am not even sure if I will be coming back here for any services. read more

This was by far the worst dental experience I've ever had. ILEANA was extremely disrespectful and completely unprofessional. For someone who is supposed to represent this office as a manager, her behavior was unacceptable and very disappointing. Great place very fancy clean decore . The doctor was very nice but I just cracked my tooth eating a wasabi peas and its a small chip . I have the proof of the chip as I did not swallow it . The doctor said I need a crown but all I want is a composite to fill the chip . I'm not prepared to pay 1000 for a tooth that is just a chip. This will teach me for chewing super hard foods and ice .l left and will get at least 4 opinions . Years ago I was told I need a crown on another tooth and I asked for a composite over lay and it is still in tact . I saved a ton of money . Wish I would have seen all the bad reviews before wasting my time driving an hour to come here for a veneer consultation. Don't buy the instagram hype! Office is in a dumpy shopping center and most of the staff doesn't speak English well including the dentist. They wanted me to do unnecessary medical treatments like X-rays and when I declined her assistants were rude and combative. When she came in to see me she refused to give me a consult and a quote for veneers because I did not want to do x-rays. It would be the equivalent of going to a plastic surgeon for a consult and the Dr. forcing you to do blood work and a full medical exam before giving you the basic consultation and quote. I explained to her various time that I was strictly there for cosmetic purposes and I have a local dentist I go to but they want to point out all these problems you supposedly have so they can upsell you for much more than just veneers. This place is a joke, I went in for a simple extraction they quoted the big sale extraction $118.00 They got my insurance info and said they would bill them! I said I would pay the new customer rate not to bill insurance, they said that the 118 was the starting price that I would have to pay $329. What a bait and switch group! The bad reviews are true. Iv never been scared of going to the dentist until I started coming here. They have NO bedside manners, if you tell them it hurts they will just say "sorry no English" it's crazy. How do you work at a establishment like this and not speak any English whatsoever in America??? They are rude and put you in A LOT of pain even if you tell them they are doing it wrong. I had 3 wisdom teeth removal in this clinic. Personal and Doctors are very professional. Removal was difficult but, Doctor performed surgery perfectly. Recovery went smoothly. Price was very affordable. Best place. Recommend everyone. read more

I'd give this place no stars if possible. Staff is nice but they will send you home with teeth that don't match. As another review mentioned, the teeth break easily. Not sure what "reputable lab" they use. They are expensive and if you are not satisfied will take your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

I made an appointment for a consultation & it pretty much confirmed to me that Dr.Fundora is who I was choosing to design my new teeth. I wanted a Natural but Hollywood smile & that is exactly what I got. Throughout the entire process she was very caring, gentle, and informative every step of the way. I schedule an appointment for 9:30 and doesn't get seen until after 10. I can in for a teeth cleaning and specifically told the receptionist when I made the appointment. Then they did an x-ray and told me I couldn't get a teeth cleaning and I would need a deep clean which would be $400. Just obnoxious. Horrible service. read more

I would recommend whole dental design in a heartbeat! The moment you walk into the office you realize how clean they are despite the fact that it is simply beautiful! The girls in the front are so easy to work with. They're friendly and attentive, automatically making you feel you chose the right office! Dr Fundora is AMAZING to say the least! She is super sweet and extremely gentle. I'm personally terrified of dentists but after meeting her she really did make me feel different about that. She makes you feel so comfortable and is so easy to trust! You can honestly trust her to recommend the best treatment needed. She is very detailed which is an amazing skill to have in the dental field. I'm super picky with my doctors being that not everyone shows to care very much and just make it straight business and selling you a service but you really do feel cared for. The way she carries herself and shows concern is something you don't really find now a day. I promise I am not exaggerating when I say she is the BEST DR. EVER! Management is also amazing. I am in the worst pain imaginable. I knew something was weird when it only took him 13 minutes to remove my wisdom tooth including the numbing. I have an infection while following the aftercare treatment to a T so who knows if the tools were sterilized . I have lockjaw, a swollen cheek that doesn't seem to be going down causing all of my pain. I know it isn't the e dentist's fault but Carlos Escobar the "specialist" has no bedside manners and no place in this business. It has been 5 days since my surgery and the only way to get prescribed stronger meds is to visit the office. I cant eat, I'm losing sleep because of the pain and the specialist charges $550 to remove a non-impacted tooth with the worse technique I have ever seen. I am incapacitated, inconsolable and quite frankly scarred for life. I've had to miss very important work meetings from not being able to speak because my mouth is unable to open more than a finger wide. Im feeling pressure/pain behind my eyes, nose the entire right side of my face. Bruising in the back of my throat making it hard to swallow. Escobar never once ask me If I was doing ok. After he was finished he said "need a big strong man to remove a tooth on a big girl like yourself" unsolicited comment from a provider. I need the owner/dentist to make it right. read more
