The chickpeas were cooked with a little crunch to give a good balance of textures. The cabbage still had a nice crunch even with all of the sauce. We had bread service and the giant pretzel that were just average, the risotto came out a little cold but they quickly grabbed all new servings for us. The ambiance wasn't for me. It was very quiet with faint music (Xmas music and it was after Christmas), but the lighting was so bright. It didn't feel warm and cozy, it was more old school style.
